 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET A-02:
 1A) ENTRY INTO RESTROOM 104 NEEDS TO SHOW THE
 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES SHOWN IN FIGURE404.2.4.1(G) 2020
 FBC-ACCESS. CODE WITH THE WIDTH OF 48 INCHES NOT 3.5
 FEET.
  
 1B) TOILET ROOMS 104 & 105 BOTH SHOW IN SWING DOORS BUT
 NOT THE 30X48 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE BEYOND THE SWING OF THE
 DOOR. PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 603.2.3. DOORS SHALL NOT
 SWING INTO THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE OR CLEARANCES REQUIRED
 FOR ANY FIXTURE. DOORS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO SWING INTO
 THE REQUIRED TURNING SPACE. PLEASE SEE EXCEPTION 2.
 WHERE TOILET ROOMS ARE FOR INDIVIDUAL USE AND A CLEAR
 FLOORS SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305.3 IS PROVIDED WITHIN
 THE ROOM BEYOND THE ARC OF THE DOOR SWING. WHAT IS
 MISSING IS THE REQUIRED 30X48 INCH CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 BEYOND THE ARC OF THE DOOR. USUALLY AT A 45% ANGLE TO
 THE DOOR ENTRANCE.
  
 1C) NEITHER THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN NOR A-03 FLOOR PLAN
 IDENTIFY THE DOORS WITH DOOR IDENTIFICATION TAGS. 2020
 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO
 INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 1D) THE INTERIOR DINING ROOM 100 HAS 2 EXIT DOORS, ONE
 OF THESE DOORS EXITS OUT INTO THE EXTERIOR DINING ROOM
 106 WITH A OCCUPANT LOAD OF 73 PLUS 39 OF THE OCCUPANTS
 FROM THE INTERIOR DINING ROOM A TOTAL OCCUPANT LOAD OF
 102 WITH ONLY ONE EXIT. THIS OUTDOOR AREA DOES HAVE A
 RAIL/ FENCE ENCLOSURE. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2020
 FBC-BUILDING TABLE 1006.2.1 THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANT LOAD
 FOR ASSEMBLY WITH ONE DOOR IS 49 PERSONS.
  
 1E) ON BOTH THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN AND A-03 THE OUTDOOR
 SEATING AREA, THE OUTSWING DOOR CROSSES THE BUILDING
 LINE, PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY SHOWING WHERE THE
 PROPERTY LINE IS LOCATED. 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE
 SECTION 320202 DOORS AND WINDOWS SHALL NOT PROJECT INTO
 THE PUBLIC-RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 2) BOTH THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN AND A-03 THE OUTDOOR
 SEATING AREA ARE MISSING THE ACCESSIBLE SEATING FOR
 BOTH DINING AREAS. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
  
 2A) 226.1 WHERE DINING SURFACES ARE PROVIDED FOR THE
 CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR DRINK, AT LEAST 5 PERCENT OF THE
 SEATING SPACES AND STANDING SPACES AT THE DINING
 SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.
  
 2B) 226.2 DISPERSION. DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES
 REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH 902 SHALL BE DISPERSED
 THROUGHOUT THE SPACE OR FACILITY CONTAINING DINING
 SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES.
  
 2C) 206.2.5 206.2.5 RESTAURANTS AND CAFETERIAS. IN
 RESTAURANTS AND CAFETERIAS, AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL
 BE PROVIDED TO ALL DINING AREAS, BARS, INCLUDING RAISED
 OR SUNKEN DINING AREAS, AND OUTDOOR DINING AREAS.
  
 2D) 902.1. DINING SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.2 AND
 902.3. ADVISORY 902.1 GENERAL. DINING SURFACES INCLUDE,
 BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, BARS, TABLES, LUNCH COUNTERS,
 AND BOOTHS.
  
 2D)(1) 902.2 CLEAR FLOOR OR GROUND SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305 POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD
 APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED. KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE
 COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 2D)(2) 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF DINING SURFACES AND
 WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 2E) SHEET A-03 SHOWS A DETAIL OF THE BAR A-05. ON SHEET
 A-05 DETAIL 8 DOES SHOW A ELEVATION AREA OF DROPPED BAR
 TO A HEIGHT OF 2 FEET 10 INCHES, WHAT IS MISSING A CUT
 SECTION THROUGH THE BAR FOR COMPLIANCE WITH 3-6.2 TOE &
 306.3 KNEE CLEARANCE.
  
 3) SHEET A-03 SEE DETAIL 1 ON SHEET A-05. SHEET A-05
 DETAILS 2-5 SHOW THE ELEVATIONS FOR THE RESTROOMS BUT
 THERE ARE NO DIMENSIONS FOR ACCESSIBILITY COMPLIANCE:
 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTIONS:
  
 3A) 606.3 HEIGHT. LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED WITH THE FRONT OF THE HIGHER OF THE RIM OR
 COUNTER SURFACE 34 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 3B) 606.2 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 COMPLYING WITH 305, POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD APPROACH,
 AND KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, SEE EXCEPTIONS ALSO, BUT SHOW THE REQUIRED
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE ON THE FLOOR PLAN.
  
 3C) 606.5 EXPOSED PIPES AND SURFACES. WATER SUPPLY &
 DRAINPIPES UNDER LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE
 INSULATED OR OTHERWISE CONFIGURED TO PROTECT AGAINST
 CONTACT.
  
 3D) 603.3 MIRRORS. 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE. MIRRORS
 LOCATED ABOVE LAVATORIES OR COUNTERTOPS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED WITH THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE REFLECTING
 SURFACE 40 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR
 GROUND. MIRRORS NOT LOCATED ABOVE LAVATORIES OR
 COUNTERTOPS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH THE BOTTOM EDGE OF
 THE REFLECTING SURFACE 35 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE
 FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 3E) GRAB BARS/ RESTROOMS. 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 SECTION 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB BARS. GRAB BARS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION, 33 INCHES MINIMUM
 AND 36 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR MEASURED
 TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING SURFACE, NOT CENTERLINE.
  
 3F) 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 604.5.1 THE
 SIDE WALL GRAB BAR SHALL BE 42 INCHES LONG MINIMUM,
 LOCATED 12 INCHES MAXIMUM FROM THE REAR WALL AND
 EXTENDING 54 INCHES MINIMUM FROM THE REAR WALL.
  
 3G) 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 604.5.2 REAR
 WALL. THE REAR WALL GRAB BAR SHALL BE 36 INCHES LONG
 MINIMUM AND EXTEND FROM THE CENTERLINE OF THE WATER
 CLOSET 12 INCHES MINIMUM ON ONE SIDE AND 24 INCHES
 MINIMUM ON THE OTHER SIDE.
  
 3H) TOILET PAPER DISPENSERS. 604.7. THE TOILET PAPER
 DISPENSER SHALL COMPLY WITH 309.4 AND SHALL BE 7 INCHES
 MINIMUM TO 9 INCHES MAXIMUM IN FRONT OF THE WATER
 CLOSET MEASURED TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE DISPENSER. THE
 OUTLET OF THE DISPENSER SHALL BE 15 INCHES MINIMUM AND
 48 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR AND SHALL NOT
 BE LOCATED BEHIND THE GRAB BARS.
  
 4) SHEET A-04 DETAILS 2 & 3 BOTH SHOW SOFFITS AND
 DROPPED CEILINGS, BUT THE SOFFIT DETAILS DO NOT SHOW
 THE STUD SIZES, SPACING, ANCHORAGE TO THE DECK ABOVE,
 TOP TRACK, SIZE OF ANCHOR, SPACING OF ANCHOR, ARE
 WASHERS REQUIRED SO NOT TO BLOW THROUGH THE TRACK, STUD
 TO STUD CONNECTION, TYPE OF SCREWS, QUANTITY OF SCREWS
 PER CONNECTION. 2020 FBC-BUILDING TABLE 2508.1 STEEL
 FRAMING FOR GYPSUM BOARD.
 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.
 DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN
 THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF
 MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY
 WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL
 BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
 IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE A ROOM FINISH SCHEDULE FOR WALLS IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH 2020 FBC-BUILDING, TABLE 803.1.1 SHOW
 ELEVATIONS, AND TYPE OF MATERIALS.

 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
