 IS A RESULT OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL INTERPRETATION ON
 06/2020. IN BATHROOMS, RESTROOMS & SERVICE SINK AREAS
 EPOXY PAINT IS NO LONGER CONSIDERED A SMOOTH HARD,
 NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE.
  
 2) ID SHEETS 2.05 FOR ALL RESTROOMS AND SERVICE SINKS.
 AT WATERCLOSET???S AND LAVATORIES THE TILE ON THE WALL
 IS ONLY 3 FEET TALL, SECTION 1210.2.2 REQUIRES 4 FEET
 TALL. 2020 FBC-BUILDING SECTION 1210.2.2 WALLS &
 PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET OF SERVICE SINKS, URINALS, AND
 WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD, NON-ABSORBENT
 SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS THAN 4 FEET ABOVE THE
 FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS, THE MATERIAL
 USED IN SUCH WALLS SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT IS NOT
 ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY MOISTURE. 2509.1. WET AREAS.
 SHOWERS AND PUBLIC TOILET WALLS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 1210.2.
