 IS REQUIRED FOR EACH 1,000 SQ FT OF OPEN SPACE OR
 PORTION THEREOF AND ONE SHRUB IS REQUIRED FOR EACH 500
 SQ FT OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF.
 OPEN SPACE IS DETERMINED BY SUBTRACTING THE BUILDING
 FOOTPRINT FROM THE GROSS LOT SQ FOOTAGE (ALL
 NON-BUILDING AREA). PLEASE REVIEW OPEN SPACE TABULATION
 AS THERE IS A DISCREPANCY WITH THE TOTAL LOT SIZE
 MENTIONED IN RELATION TO THE OPEN SPACE.
  
 3) PER SEC 94-482 (A) THE LESSER OF 1000 SQ FT OR 75
 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH
 LIVING PLANT MATERIAL. PLANS PROVIDED DO NOT MEET THIS
 REQUIREMENT.
  
 4) PLEASE SHOW IF MATERIAL PROPOSED IS FLORIDA NATIVE
 OR DROUGHT TOLERANT. PER SEC 94-482 60 PERCENT OF PLANT
 MATERIAL PROPOSED MUST BE FLORIDA NATIVE OR DROUGHT
 TOLERANT ACCORDING TO THE MOST RECENT EDITION OF SOUTH
 FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT WATERWISE SOUTH
 FLORIDA LANDSCAPES. PLEASE PROVIDE TOTAL CALCULATIONS
 OF NATIVE/DROUGHT TOLERANT MATERIAL PROPOSED.
  
 5) PLEASE SHOW ALL UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE INCLUDING
 UTILITY EASEMENTS AND OVERHEAD LINES ON LANDSCAPE PLAN.
