 CODE: FBC 7TH EDITION (2020) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
 PERMIT #22080958

 NOTE:
 PERMIT WAS CHANGED FROM INTERIOR DEMOLITION TO
 RESIDENTIAL REMODELING BECAUSE INTERIOR DEMO PERMIT
 DOESN???T ALLOW ANY CONSTRUCTION TO RESTORE THE
 BUILDING. OTHERWISE A SEPARATE PERMIT WOULD BE
 REQUIRED.
  
 1- THIS PERMIT IS TO CORRECT VIOLATION OF ILLEGAL
 EFFICIENCY IN THE EXISTING GARAGE. TALKED TO CODE
 ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. ROOM WAS CONVERTED TO AN ILLEGAL
 EFFICIENCY. THEREFORE, PLANS NEED TO SHOW THE
 DEMOLITION OF THE ILLEGAL EFFICIENCY AREAS AND
 FIXTURES. FOR EXAMPLE NEED TO SHOW THE BATHROOM,
 KITCHEN, ETC. TO BE DEMOLISHED. AND, THEN PLANS NEED TO
 SHOW AREAS OF WORK TO CONVERT TO STORAGE. FOR EXAMPLE
 WALLS, CEILING, FLOOR FINISH CONSTRUCTION.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO PROVIDE ALL THE WIND DESIGN
 CRITERIA AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 SPECIFY THE ULTIMATE AND NOMINAL WIND LOAD, BUILDING
 EXPOSURE, BUILDING MEAN ROOF HEIGHT. ALSO, SPECIFY THE
 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING DESIGN PRESSURES. (DOORS,
 WINDOWS).
  
 3- NEED TO PROVIDE FRAMING DETAILS FOR DOORS. SPECIFY
 ALL FRAMING MEMBERS AND CONNECTORS. SEC. R301.2.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL
  
 4- NEED TO PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR EXTERIOR DOORS
 SHOWN ON PLANS.
 F.A.C. 61G20.3.001.
  
 5- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 6- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. UPDATE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL COSTS.
 PROVIDE COMPLETE COST BREAKDOWN INCLUDING DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES (IF ANY).
  
 7- CLARIFY SCOPE OF WORK TO BE DONE ON THE HABITABLE
 SPACE SHOWN NEXT TO THE GARAGE. IF NOT WORK DONE, THEN
 SPECIFY EXISTING HABITABLE SPACE NO WORK. SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT WITH A DESCRIPTION OF WHERE AND
 HOW THE COMMENT WAS ADDRESSED WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE THE
