 ADMINISTRATION
  
 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) LS-01:
 1A) THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION IS BUSINESS AND THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR IS TAKEN @ 100 SQ. FT./ PERSON.
 PLEASE REVIEW THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING TABLE 1004.5, FOR
 BUSINESS THE OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR IS TAKEN AT 150 SQ.
 FT./ PERSON, GROSS.
  
 1B) THE LARGE AND SMALL MEETING ROOMS DOES NOT SHOW
 TABLES AND CHAIRS OR THE PROPOSED OCCUPANT LOADS FOR
 THESE ROOMS. BETWEEN THE 35 CUBICLES, 16 CHAIRS IN THE
 BREAK ROOM AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE MEETING
 ROOMS PLEASE DECLARE THE PROPOSED, NORMAL OCCUPANT LOAD
 FOR THIS SPACE IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION 1004.2 OF THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING.
  
 1C) NOTE IF THE INCREASED OCCUPANT LOAD IS OVER 49
 PERSONS, THEN 2 MEANS OF EGRESS WILL BE REQUIRED, AND
 THE 2 EXIT DOORS DOES NOT MEET THE 1/3RD DISTANCE
 APART, 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE 1007.1.1 EXCEPTION (2).
  
 2) SHEET A211 DETAILS 1, 2 & 3 ALL SHOW THE CABINET
 ELEVATIONS WITH THE BASE CABINETRY AT 36 INCHES HIGH,
 FROM THE FINISHED FLOOR LEVEL TO THE TOP OF COUNTERTOP.
 2022 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTIONS:
  
 2A) 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28
 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 2B) SINKS> 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 606.3
 HEIGHT. LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH
 THE FRONT OF THE HIGHER OF THE RIM OR COUNTER SURFACE
 34 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 2C) 606.2 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 COMPLYING WITH 305, POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD APPROACH,
 AND KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, SEE EXCEPTIONS ALSO, BUT SHOW THE REQUIRED
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE ON THE FLOOR PLAN.
  
 2D) 606.5 EXPOSED PIPES AND SURFACES. WATER SUPPLY &
 DRAINPIPES UNDER LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE
 INSULATED OR OTHERWISE CONFIGURED TO PROTECT AGAINST
 CONTACT.
  
 3) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
