 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET A-1.2 THE RESTROOM FLOOR PLAN SHOWS TOILET
 PAPER DISPENSERS MOUNTED TO THE COMMON WALL OF THE
 RESTROOMS. THE NORTH WALL ELEVATIONS OF BOTH RESTROOMS
 WOMEN???S AND MEN???S ARE MISSING THE TOILET PAPER
 DISPENSER LOCATIONS.
 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION TOILET PAPER
 DISPENSERS. 604.7. THE TOILET PAPER DISPENSER SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 309.4 AND SHALL BE 7 INCHES MINIMUM TO 9
 INCHES MAXIMUM IN FRONT OF THE WATER CLOSET MEASURED TO
 THE CENTERLINE OF THE DISPENSER.
 THE OUTLET OF THE DISPENSER SHALL BE 15 INCHES MINIMUM
 AND 48 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR AND SHALL
 NOT BE LOCATED BEHIND THE GRAB BARS.
  
 2) SHEET A-1.2 THE FLOOR PLAN AND ELEVATIONS ALL SHOW
 WALL TILE ON THE RESTROOM WALLS, WOMEN???S, MEN???S AND
 STAFF. THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE THE WALL TYPE NOR
 THICKNESS OF THE BACKER BOARD FOR THE WALL TILE.
 2020 FBC-B 2509.2 BASE FOR TILE. MATERIALS USED AS A
 FOR TILE IN WATER CLOSET COMPARTMENT WALLS WHEN
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH GA-216 OR ASTM C840 AND
 THE MANUFACTURE???S RECOMMENDATIONS.
  
 3) SHEET A-1.0 MOP SINK BASIN IS IDENTIFIED WITH THE
 LETTER (J). THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE THE WALL TYPE NOR
 THICKNESS OF THE BACKER BOARD FOR THE WALL TILE.

 FOR TILE IN WATER CLOSET COMPARTMENT WALLS WHEN
