 CLEAR OPENING REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310.2.1

 1-SINGLE HUNG BEDROOM EGRESS WINDOWS SIZE (3'-0" X
 5'-0")DOESN'T SEEM TO COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM CLEAR
 HEIGHT OPENING REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310.2.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. REVISE AS REQUIRED OR PROVIDE
 MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING COMPLIANCE ALL
 THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS.
 NOTE: TYPICALLY, 63" HIGH SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS ARE THE
 ONES THAT PROVIDE THE 24" CLEAR HEIGHT OPENING.
  
 2- PRODUCT APPROVALS
 PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY FAC 61G20-3.001
 FOR:
 (NOTE: THIS MAY BE SUBMITTED LATER AS A DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL. PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION FOR REVIEW
 PRIOR TO INSTALLATION TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. ALL
 PRODUCT APPROVALS NEED TO BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL):
  
 A)INSWING ENTRY DOOR AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 B)SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS.
 C)HURRICANE SHUTTERS IF DOORS AND WINDOWS DON'T HAVE
 IMPACT GLAZING. AND, PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE. SEE CITY SAMPLE.
 D)OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 3- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
