 PROCESS TO OBTAIN SITE PLAN APPROVAL. SEE MY COMMENTS
 BELOW FROM THE AUGUST 11TH PPRC DATE TO BE ADDRESSED
  
 1. NEED TO PROVIDE ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED PARKING
 MEASUREMENTS (LENGTH/WIDTH)
 2. THE SHAPES OF THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE AREA SEEM ODD.
 2A. WHY IS THERE SUCH A SMALL STRIP EXTENDING WEST? IT
 LOOKS LIKE YOU?VE INCLUDED THE CURB AS A PART OF THE
 LANDSCAPE AREA
 2B. WHY IS THERE A PORTION ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPED AREA THAT?S NOT INCLUDED?
 3. STREET VIEW IMAGES SHOW WHEEL STOPS ON THE WESTERN
 PARKING SPACES SHOWN ON THE ENLARGED SITE PLAN. TO MAKE
 UP FOR ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPE AREA, STAFF WOULD LIKE TO
 SEE THESE REMOVED AND THE OVERHANG REPLACED WITH 2 FT
 OF LANDSCAPED AREA.
 4. THE NEW LANDSCAPE ISLANDS NEED TO BE AT LEAST 8 FT
 WIDE, WITH AN ADDITIONAL 6 INCHES OF CURB ON EITHER
 SIDE. THE NEW LANDSCAPE ISLAND TO THE SOUTH OF THE
 HANDOVER BAY NEEDS TO BE WIDENED TO MEET THIS
 REQUIREMENT.
 5. ADDITIONAL PARKING SPACES MAY NEED TO BE ALTERED TO
 MAKE SPACE FOR THIS.
 6. CONFIRM THAT ALL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ARE THE SAME
 LENGTH OF THE PARKING SPACES
 7. PROVIDE AN AUTOTURN ANALYSIS SHOWING CARS CAN STILL
 TURN AROUND WITHOUT THE TURNAROUND SPACE.
 8. IT IS STAFFS UNDERSTANDING THAT THE LANDSCAPE FOR
 THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT MATCH WHAT WAS APPROVED IN THE
 PAST. THEREFORE, THE LANDSCAPING ON THIS PROPERTY NEEDS
 TO MATCH THE LATEST APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN. CONTACT
 STAFF FOR THIS DOCUMENT
 9. EXTERIOR CHANGES/SIGNAGE CAN BE ADDRESSED DURING
