 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET INDICATES THIS IS A 21 STORY
 HIGHRISE AN SHOWS A ELEVATOR AND NO ELEVATOR LOBBY IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH 3006.3. THERE ARE OTHER MEANS OF
 PROTECTION BUT THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE
 COMPLIANCE. THIS PORTION OF THE BUILDING MAY NOT HAVE
 TO MEET THIS REQUIREMENT, IF SO PLEASE NOTE ON THE LIFE
 SAFETY SHEET THIS ELEVATOR HOISTWAY ONLY TRAVEL (HOW
 MANY STORIES) NOT REQUIRED TO MEET THE HIGHRISE
 ELEVATOR LOBBY REQUIREMENT.
  
 2) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET SHOWS A HIGH/LOW ACCESSIBLE
 DRINKING FOUNTAIN IN CORRIDOR 403. SHEET A0.04
 ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS SHOWS A SINGLE DRINKING
 FOUNTAIN WITH THE BOTTOM OF THE DRINKING BOWEL AT A
 HEIGHT OF 2 FEET 3 INCHES OR 27 INCHES ABOVE THE FLOOR
 LEVEL. WHERE IT DOES MEET THE LIMITATIONS FOR HEIGHT IT
 DOES NOT MEET THE PROTRUDING LIMITATION OF 4 INCHES.
 SHEET A4.21 DETAIL 8 SHOWS BOTH THE HIGH/ LOW DRINKING
 FOUNTAIN, THEY BOTH PROTRUDE 19 INCHES AWAY FROM THE
 WALL AS WELL AS THE UPPER DRINKING FOUNTAIN THE BOTTOM
 IS 34 INCHES FROM FINISH FLOOR. BOTH DRINKING FOUNTAINS
 NEED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE SECTION 307.2 AND FIGURE 307.2 LIMITS OF
 PROTRUDING OBJECTS.
  
 3) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
