 1. FBC 107 YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE OCCUPANCY WITH AN
 INTERIOR DEMO PERMIT. SUBMIT AN APPLICATION THAT MORE
 CLEARLY DESCRIBES THE SCOPE OF WORK, INCLUDE THE
 ELIMINATION OF HABITABLE UNITS IN THE DESCRIPTION. THIS
 PERMIT TYPE WILL BE CHANGED TO COMMERCIAL INTERIOR.
  
 2. SEE ZONING COMMENTS - CANNOT HAVE MORE THAN 2 UNITS
 ON THE PROPERTY -
  
 3. FBC B 708.1, ON THE PLAN SHOW ALL FIRE RATED WALLS.
 IT APPEARS THAT WORK WAS DONE WITHOUT PERMITS, NOT
 CLEAR IF THE TENANT SEPARATION WAS MAINTAINED.
  
 4. FBC B CHAPTER 7, PROVIDE A PLAN WHICH SHOWS BUILDING
 TYPE, SQUARE FOOT AREA, CLEARLY SHOW OCCUPANCIES, FBC
 CHAPTER 5. NOTE IF THE BUILDING IS SPRINKLERED OR NOT
 SPRINKLERED.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE THE PERMIT NUMBER FOR THE EXISTING
 DUPLEX - - WHEN DEVELOPING THE PLAN, NOTE ITEMS WHICH
 WERE INSTALLED WITHOUT A PERMIT AS SUCH, DO NOT NOTE
 THEM AS "EXISTING". ONLY ELEMENTS WHICH WERE LEGALLY
