 1. FBC 107 YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE OCCUPANCY WITH AN
 INTERIOR DEMO PERMIT. SUBMIT AN APPLICATION THAT MORE
 CLEARLY DESCRIBES THE SCOPE OF WORK, INCLUDE THE
 ELIMINATION OF HABITABLE UNITS IN THE DESCRIPTION. THIS
 PERMIT TYPE WILL BE CHANGED TO COMMERCIAL INTERIOR.
  
 2. FBC 107 PROVIDE A PLAN SHOWING THE NEW CONFIGURATION
 AND UNITS. THIS SHOULD INCLUDE ALL UNITS AND BE CLEAR
 AS TO HOW MANY UNITS ARE IN THIS BUILDING. PROVIDE A
 SITE PLAN SHOWING THE BUILDING ON THE SITE.
  
 3. FBC B 708.1, ON THE PLAN SHOW ALL FIRE RATED WALLS.
 IT APPEARS THAT WORK WAS DONE WITHOUT PERMITS, NOT
 CLEAR IF THE TENANT SEPARATION WAS MAINTAINED.
  
 4. FBC B CHAPTER 7, PROVIDE A PLAN WHICH SHOWS BUILDING
 TYPE, SQUARE FOOT AREA, CLEARLY SHOW OCCUPANCIES, FBC
 CHAPTER 5. NOTE IF THE BUILDING IS SPRINKLERED OR NOT
 SPRINKLERED.
  
 5. FBC B 1008, THE SCOPE OF WORK INDICATES THAT ALL
 ELECTRIC WILL BE REMOVED. SEE FBC B 1008, MEANS OF
 EGRESS ILLUMINATION, YOU CANNOT HAVE A STORAGE ROOM
 WITHOUT ILLUMINATION.
  
 6. WHEN DEVELOPING THE PLAN, NOTE ITEMS WHICH WERE
 INSTALLED WITHOUT A PERMIT AS SUCH, DO NOT NOTE THEM AS
 "EXISTING". ONLY ELEMENTS WHICH WERE LEGALLY PERMITTED
