 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
 1) THE SITE PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW THE SET BACKS FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINES - PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY/SITE PLAN
 SHOWING THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION - FBC WPB 107.2.5
 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED WITH
 THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A
 SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF NEW
 CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE,
 DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES
 AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED GRADES, DEPICTING THE
 PROPOSED LOT DRAINAGE AND, AS APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD
 AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT
 SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE AND
 INCLUDED ON A BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY. (PLEASE PROVIDE CUT
 SECTIONS FOR ANY PROPOSED WATER RETAINING SWALES)
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW THE LOT DRAINAGE AWAY
 FROM THE BUILDING AND AWAY FROM THE ADJACENT PROPERTY
 OR PROVIDE A STORM WATER DRAINAGE PLAN. - PLEASE
 PROVIDE A SURVEY/SITE PLAN SHOWING THE FOLLOWING
 INFORMATION - FBC WPB 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE

 NEW BUILDING (NON SPRINKLERED) WILL EVEN BE CLOSER TO
 THE PROPERTY LINE - THE NEW DOOR OPENING IS NOT ALLOWED
 IN AN EXTERIOR FIRE RATED WALL PER FBC TABLE 705.8
  
 7) DRAWING G-000 - UNDER "PROJECT DESCRIPTION" SAYS -
 "CONFORMS TO THE FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE" - SHOULD NOT
 BE THE RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 8) PLEASE PROVIDE A SOIL REPORT (GEOTECHNICAL REPORT)
 FBC 1803
  
 9) THE STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS S001, S-100, S-101 NEED TO
 BE DIGITALLY/ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED - SIGNED AND SEALED
 DRAWINGS IN PROJECTDOX NEED TO BE
 DIGITALLY/ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED TO BE USED IN
 ELECTRONIC PLAN REVIEW. (A CERTIFICATE-BASED DIGITAL
 SIGNATURE (OFTEN JUST CALLED A DIGITAL SIGNATURE) IS A
 SPECIFIC TYPE OF E-SIGNATURE).
  
 10) PLEASE PROVIDE THE FRONT PAGE OF THE ROOFING SYSTEM
