 PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED. RELOCATED STRAWBERRY GUAVA WAS
 NOT INCLUDED IN THE MITIGATION CALCULATION AND IS NOT
 TO BE INCLUDED IN THE LANDSCAPE CREDIT. A CREDIT OF
 2,100 SQ FT OF CANOPY IS PROPOSED WITH THE CURRENT PLAN
 LEAVING A DEFICIT OF 760 SQUARE FT TO MEET MITIGATION.
 IF CORRECTIONS ARE MADE TO FOXTAIL PALMS AND ALEXANDER
 PALMS A CREDIT OF 2850 SQ FT OF CANOPY IS PROPOSED
 LEAVING A DEFICIT OF 10 SQ FT OF CANOPY. YOU CAN ADD
 ONE MORE TREE OR PALM OR PAY IN LIEU AT A RATE OF
 $500.00 PER 300 SQ FT TO MEET MITIGATION REQUIREMENT.
