 NOTE: THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE BASED ON PLANS
 SUBMITTED UNDER MAIN HOUSE REVISION #22070103. WHEN
 ADDRESSING THE COMMENTS UNDER THIS PERMIT FOR THE
 DETACHED GARAGE, PLEASE SUBMIT ONLY THE DRAWINGS
 RELATED TO THE DETACHED GARAGE TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 1- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW BASED ON ALL SCOPE OF WORK TO BE DONE ON THE
 DETACHED GARAGE (SHORING, DEMOLITION AND COMPLETE
 RENOVATION). VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. UPDATE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL COSTS.
 PROVIDE COMPLETE COST BREAKDOWN INCLUDING DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES.

 SPECIFIED FOR THE DETACHED GARAGE. THE MINIMUM

 DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
 BALCONY GUARDRAILS AS REQUIRED BY TABLE R301.5, SEC.
 AND SEC. R312.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: SUBSEQUENT SHOP DRAWINGS ARE TO CONFIRM THAT
 DESIGN DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE MET.
  
 6- ARCHITECT IS SPECIFYING R-30 CLOSED CELL SPRAY FOAM
 CEILING INSULATION. PROVIDE ICC EVALUATION REPORT FOR
 THE ICYNENE R-30 INSULATION TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH
 SEC. R316 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: ARCHITECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVE THE REPORT IN

 PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY FAC 61G20-3.001
 FOR:

 SUBMITTAL. PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION FOR REVIEW
 PRIOR TO INSTALLATION TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. ALL
 PRODUCT APPROVALS NEED TO BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL):
