 THERE ARE ROOFING SUBPERMITS FOR THIS PROJECT. TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS AND TO EXPEDITE THE BUILDING REVIEW
 PROCESS IT WILL BE BETTER TO SUBMIT ALL THE ROOFING
 PRODUCT APPROVALS ALONG WITH THE ROOFING PERMITS.
  
  
 ROOFING REVIEW:
  
 NOTE; ITEM #1 WILL BE REVIEWED ONCE DESIGN PRESSURES
 ARE REVISED. SEE ITEM #4 ABOVE. PLEASE MAKE SURE BELOW
 COMMENTS FOR EACH PRODUCT APPROVAL IS ADDRESSED TO
 AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 1- PRODUCT APPROVALS
 PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY FAC 61G20-3.001
 FOR:
 (NOTE: THIS MAY BE SUBMITTED LATER AS A DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL. PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION FOR REVIEW
 PRIOR TO INSTALLATION TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. ALL
 PRODUCT APPROVALS NEED TO BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL):
  
 A) FLAT ROOF AND CLEARLY MARK/IDENTIFY WHICH ASSEMBLY
 IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED. IF SELECTED ASSEMBLY DOESN'T
 MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR ALL ROOF ZONES, THEN
 SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
 NOTE: THERE ARE DIFFERENT TYPES OF CONSTRUCTION IN THIS
 HOUSE. CONCRETE ROOF (NEW TERRACE) AND WOOD FRAMED
 (EXISTING ROOFS). ALSO, THERE ARE SOME FLAT ROOF TO BE
 COVERED WITH TILE AND THERE IS THE MAIN ROOF, NOT A
 DECK. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL COMPATIBLE EACH PROPOSED
 APPLICATION.
  
 B) ROOF TILE AND CLEARLY MARK ADHESIVE PADDY SIZE TO BE
 USED AS REQUIRED BY CITY POLICY FOR ALL ROOFING PERMITS
 TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC
 R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 C)PROVIDE A ROOF TILE ADHESIVE PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT IS
 LISTED ON THE ROOF TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED.
  
 D) HIP AND RIDGE INSTALLATION TO BE USED. AND, CLEARLY
 MARK ON PRODUCT APPROVAL ATTACHMENT METHOD. SEC.
 R905.3.7.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 2- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 RESPONSE:
 TO BE COORDINATED WITH ITEM #1 ABOVE. PLEASE MAKE SURE
 ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE REVIEWED/APPROVED TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
