2022-08-05 15:06:011- THIS HOUSE IS LOCATED IN FLOOD ZONE AE WITH A BASE
 FLOOD ELEVATION (BFE) OF 6 FEET BASED ON NAVD 88. IT
 LOOKS LIKE THE PROPOSED ADDITION AND ADDITIONAL WORK TO
 THE EXISTING MAIN HOUSE IS CONSIDERED A SUBSTANTIAL
 IMPROVEMENT (SEE SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT DEFINITION
 BELOW). THE ADDITION AND THE EXISTING HOUSE SHALL HAVE
 THE LOWEST FLOOR FINISHED ELEVATION ELEVATED TO OR
 ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION PLUS TWO FEET.
 THEREFORE, THE MIN. REQUIRED FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION
 IS 8 FEET. CITY ORDINANCE 4729-17. SEC. 18-33 TECHNICAL
 AMENDMENTS TO FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. SEC. 107.3.5.3
 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 PLANS NEED TO SHOW THE PROPOSED FINISHED FLOOR
 ELEVATION. NEED TO PROVIDE THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE AND SURVEY SHOWING THE FINISH
 FLOOR ELEVATIONS FOR REVIEW.
  
 DURING THE PERMITTING OF THIS STRUCTURE THREE DIFFERENT
 FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATES WILL BE REQUIRED:
 A) CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS.
 B) BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
 C) FINISHED CONSTRUCTION.
