 1- THIS REVISION IS ONLY FOR THE WORK AT THE MAIN
 HOUSE. ALL THE PLANS SUBMITTED FOR WORK AT THE TWO
 STORY DETACHED GARAGE NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED UNDER
 SEPARATE PERMIT. THIS IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS AND FOR PROPER TRACKING AND RECORDS
 MANAGEMENT SINCE THE DETACHED GARAGE HAS A DIFFERENT
 ADDRESS. THERE IS ALREADY A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR THE
 DETACHED GARAGE. SEE PERMIT #22070105. SEC. 107.2.1.3
 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: SINCE OTHER PLAN REVIEWERS MADE COMMENTS RELATING
 TO THE GARAGE, THEN PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ADDRESS GARAGE
 COMMENTS ON PERMIT 22070105 WHEN RESUBMITTING. THIS
 WILL AVOID MORE CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 2- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE
 ADDITIONAL WORK IS TOO LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL
 LABOR, MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. UPDATE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL COSTS.
 PROVIDE COMPLETE COST BREAKDOWN INCLUDING DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES.
  
 3- THIS HOUSE IS LOCATED IN FLOOD ZONE AE WITH A BASE
 FLOOD ELEVATION (BFE) OF 6 FEET BASED ON NAVD 88. IT
 LOOKS LIKE THE PROPOSED ADDITION AND ADDITIONAL WORK TO
 THE EXISTING MAIN HOUSE IS CONSIDERED A SUBSTANTIAL
 IMPROVEMENT. THE ADDITION AND THE EXISTING HOUSE SHALL
 HAVE THE LOWEST FLOOR FINISHED ELEVATION ELEVATED TO OR
 ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION PLUS TWO FEET.
 THEREFORE, THE MIN. REQUIRED FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION
 IS 8 FEET. CITY ORDINANCE 4729-17. SEC. 18-33 TECHNICAL
 AMENDMENTS TO FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. SEC. 107.3.5.3
 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 PLANS NEED TO SHOW THE PROPOSED FINISHED FLOOR
 ELEVATION. NEED TO PROVIDE THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE AND SURVEY SHOWING THE FINISH
 FLOOR ELEVATIONS FOR REVIEW.
  
 DURING THE PERMITTING OF THIS STRUCTURE THREE DIFFERENT
 FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATES WILL BE REQUIRED:
 A) CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS.
 B) BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
