 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) COVERSHEET. THE COVERSHEET AND TITLEBLOCK BOTH REFER
 TO THE ADDRESS OF 2751 S DIXIE HWY SUITE JR # 4. THE
 SUITE NUMBER DOES NOT FIT OUR ADDRESSING SCHEME, YOU
 CAN NOT RECOGNIZE WHICH FLOOR THIS TENANT SPACE IS ON,
 THIS IS A MULTISTORY BUILDING. 2020 FBC-B 501.2 ADDRESS
 IDENTIFICATION. NEW AND EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH APPROVED ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION.
  
 2) SHEET A100 DEMOLITION:
 2A) THE DEMOLITION SHEET A100 AND PROPOSED WORK ON
 SHEET A101 FLOOR PLAN ARE THE SAME PLAN, PLEASE PROVIDE
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO
 INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 2B) THERE ARE 2 DEMOLITION NOTES FOR STOREFRONT
 WINDOWS. NOTE ONE STATES TO REMOVE AND REUSE EXISTING
 STOREFRONT. 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 SECTION 104.9.1 USED MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT. THE USE OF
 USED, RECYCLED OR RECLAIMED MATERIALS WHICH MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THIS CODE FOR NEW MATERIALS IS
 PERMITTED. USED EQUIPMENT AND DEVICES SHALL NOT BE
 REUSED UNLESS APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. PLEASE
 PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION HOW THE USED WINDOWS WILL MEET
 THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA OF THE CURRENT CODE AND LARGE
 MISSILE TESTING FOR THE GLAZING.
 THE OTHER ISSUE WITH USED WINDOWS IS WHO IS GOING TO
 CERTIFY ANCHORAGE VS WIND PRESSURE PER PSF, TYPE,
 SPACING OF ANCHOR, LENGTH OF ANCHOR, GLAZING TYPE
 TRIBUTARY AREA OF GLAZING VERSES VASD DESIGN PRESSURES.
 WHO IS GOING TO CERTIFY, ARCHITECT OR STRUCTURAL
 ENGINEER?
  
 2C) PLEASE PROVIDE WHY THE USE OF USED WINDOW/ GLAZING
 WHEN ON THE COVERSHEET THEY LIST STOREFRONT, YKK/ AP
 YHS FL 14218.5? ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.

 4) W. P. B. 107.3.4. PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RULE
 61G20 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING (SHOP
 DRAWING STAMP OF APPROVAL) BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD
 PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC.
  
 5) IDENTIFY GLAZING/ MULLIONS. PLEASE IDENTIFY IN THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL BEFORE SUBMITTING TO DESIGNER OF
 RECORD AND BEFORE SUBMISSION TO THE BUILDING
 DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITH GLAZING, PLEASE
 IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH & HEIGHT, SILL HEIGTH, TYPE
 OF GLAZING, MULLION SIZE, LENGTH IF UNREINFORCED OR
 REINFORCED INFORMATION IF REQUIRED, ATTACHMENTS AND
 ASSOCIATE PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING SIZE. 2020 FBC-B
 1405.13.1 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED MANUFACTURER?S
 INSTRUCTIONS. FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING SHALL BE
 PROVIDED IN SUCH INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE CALCULATED
 BASED ON MAXIMUM LOADS AND SPACING USED IN THE TESTS.
  
 6) A501 DETAIL B2 SHOWS THE TOILET TISSUE DISPENSER TO
 COMPLY WITH ICC SECTION 309.4. PLEASE NOTE FLORIDA USES
 THE 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE AND THE TOILET PAPER
 DISPENSERS MUST MEET SECTION 604.7. THE TOILET PAPER
 DISPENSER SHALL COMPLY WITH 309.4 AND SHALL BE 7 INCHES
 MINIMUM TO 9 INCHES MAXIMUM IN FRONT OF THE WATER
 CLOSET MEASURED TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE DISPENSER. NOT
 DIMENSIONED OR SHOWN THAT WAY.
 THE OUTLET OF THE DISPENSER SHALL BE 15 INCHES MINIMUM
 AND 48 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR AND SHALL
 NOT BE LOCATED BEHIND THE GRAB BARS.

 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
