 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF FBC 109.3 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 2) SPECIFY THE BUILDING DATA ON THE PLANS. CONSTRUCTION
 TYPE, OCCUPANCY TYPE, SPRINKLERED OR UN-SPRINKLERED,
 OCCUPANT LOAD, NUMBER OF STORIES AND SQUARE FOOT AREA.

 3) SPECIFY THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION FOR THE WORK PER FBC
 EXISTING BUILDING SECTION 601.
  
 4) IT APPEARS THAT THERE WILL BE RAMPS TO THE ELEVATED
 AREAS. HOWEVER, NO DETAILS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED FOR THE
 RAMPS. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC ACCESSIBILITY SECTION
 201.1.1.
  
 5) PROVIDE DETAILS FOR EACH OF THE PROPOSED RAMPS TO
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC ACCESSIBILITY SECTION 405.
  
 6) PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE STAIRS AT THESE PROPOSED
 ELEVATED AREAS. FBC ACCESSIBILITY SECTION 504
  
 7) SUBMIT STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS FOR THE ELEVATED STAGE,
 DJ BOOTH AND VIP AREAS. SPECIFY THE FLOOR LIVE LOADS

 8) A THOROUGH AND COMPLETE PLAN REVIEW CANNOT BE
 COMPLETED AT THIS TIME DUE TO LACK OF INFORMATION ON
 THE SUBMITTED PLANS. ADDITIONAL PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS
 MAY BE GENERATED WHEN MORE INFORMATION IS PROVIDED.
 PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF
