 PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR
 THE CAR WASH BUILDING THE PROPERTY OWNER MUST:
  
 A. RECORD A PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT, ACCEPTABLE TO THE
 CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, FOR THE PLAZA ALONG WEST
 EXECUTIVE CENTER DRIVE. THE EASEMENT MAY OCCUR ON THE
 PLAT.
 B. GRANT THE REDEDICATED DRAINAGE EASEMENT TO THE CITY
 FOR THE EXISTING DRAINAGE PIPE ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY
 LINE.
 C. PLAT THE PROPETY.
  
 SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS ARE REQUIRED FOR:
  
 A. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
 B. VACUUM ENCLOSURES AND VACUUM EQUIPMENT.
 C. FLAG POLE, BOLLARDS, BICYCLE RACKS, BENCHES AND
 OTHER ABOVE GROUND FIXTURES.
 D. SITE LIGHTING - THE SITE LIGHTING PERMIT SHALL
 INCLUDE THE LIGHT POLE SPECIFICATIONS, INCLUDING POLE
 AND FIXTURE HEIGHTS, TO ENSURE NO CONFLICTS WITH THE
 PROPOSED GUMBO LIMBO TREE CANOPIES.
