 SURROUNDING THE BUILDING DOES NOT MATCH THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT SITE, LANDSCAPE, CIVIL AND ARCHITECTURAL PLAN
 LAYOUTS AND MUST BE CORRECTED WITH THIS BUILDING
 PERMIT. **** SUBMIT THE SAME PLAN LAYOUT SHOWN ON THE
 MINOR AMENDMENT FLOOR PLAN TO ADDRESS THIS COMMENT.

 CONSISTENT, CODE COMPLIANT PLANS. **** THE HIGH POINT
 OF THE FIN ELEMENT IS LISTED AS 26 FEET 8 INCHES ON THE
 MINOR AMENDMENT SUBMITTED ELEVATIONS AND 28 FEET ON THE

 8) THE TOTAL BUILDING AREA SHOWN ON SHEET T2 (3,856 SF)
 IS LESS SQUARE FOOTAGE THAN SHOWN ON THE ARCHITECTURAL
 SITE PLAN SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION AS PART OF
 THE MOST RECENT MINOR AMENDMENT RESUBMITTAL AS WELL AS
 THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN SHEET AS1 SUBMITTED WITH
 THE PERMIT (3,898 SF). THE PLANS AND INFORMATION SHALL
 MATCH.
  
 9) REPEAT COMMENT: THE SIGNS REQUIRE SEPARATE
 PERMITTING AND SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE ELEVATION
 DRAWINGS SUBMITTED WITH THIS PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 THE BUILDING CONTAINS MORE SIGNAGE THAN IS PERMITTED BY
 THE CITY SIGN REGULATIONS. **** THE LATEST MINOR
 AMENDMENT PLANS ADDRESS THIS COMMENT ****
  
 10) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE
 PROPOSED ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING ANY
 RACK OR CURB, IS SCREENED FOR ITS FULL HEIGHT BY THE
 PROPOSED PARAPET WALL. **** THE LATEST MINOR AMENDMENT
 PLANS GRAPHICALLY SHOW THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 SCREENED; HOWEVER, FOR THE PERMIT, THE EQUIPEMENT
 HEIGHT (INCLUDING CURB), MUST BE INCLUDED TO VERIFY
 THAT THE PARAPETS PROVIDE SCREENING.
  
 11) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE TINT
 ON THE WINDOWS ALONG WEST EXECUTIVE CENTER DRIVE IS NOT
 SO DARK/REFLECTIVE THAT IT OBSTRUCTS THE VIEW INTO THE
 CAR WASH.
  
 12) PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
 FOR THE CAR WASH BUILDING THE PROPERTY OWNER MUST:
  
 A. RECORD A PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT, ACCEPTABLE TO THE
 CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, FOR THE PLAZA ALONG WEST
 EXECUTIVE CENTER DRIVE. THE EASEMENT MAY OCCUR ON THE
 PLAT, WHICH IS ALSO REQUIRED PRIOR TO CO.
 B. GRANT THE REDEDICATED DRAINAGE EASEMENT TO THE CITY
 FOR THE EXISTING DRAINAGE PIPE ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY
 LINE. BY THIS RESOLUTION, THE CITY COMMISSION
 AUTHORIZES THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ANY REQUIRED AGREEMENTS
 RELATED TO THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT TERMINATION AND
 REDEDICATION WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER.
  
 13) SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED (SOME HAVE ALREADY BEEN
 APPLIED FOR):
  
 A. LANDSCAPE
 B. SIGNAGE
 C. PARKING LOT STRIPING
 D. HARDSCAPE, INCLUDING THE BICYCLE RACK, BENCHES, ETC.
 PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE SEATING ALONG WEST EXECUTIVE
 CENTER DRIVE MUST MEET CRIME PREVENTION THROUGH
 ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN (CPTED) STANDARDS.
 E. SITE LIGHTING NOTE: LIGHT POLES ARE SHOWN IN
 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND CONFLICTS ON THE SITE/LANDSCAPE
 PLANS, THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS AND THE ELECTRICAL SITE
 PLAN. THE LIGHT POLE LOCATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 COORDINATED AMONG THE PLANS AS PART OF THE MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT. THESE PLANS CAN THEN BE USED FOR
 THE SITE LIGHTING PERMIT.
