 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE (FRONT PAGES AND THE
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS) COPIES OF THE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS LISTED ON THE DRAWINGS FOR THE EXTERIOR
 WINDOWS, DOORS, ROOFING SYSTEMS, LOUVERS, ROOF HATCH
 ETC.
  
 2) ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM = DRAWING A1B- DETAIL "C" SHOWS
 6" FROM THE SIDE WALL TO THE EDGE OF THE REAR TOILET
 GRAB BAR AND 17" TO THE CENTER OF THE TOILET - THE MATH
 DOESN'T WORK WITH 12" FROM THE EDGE OF THE GRAB BAR TO
 THE CENTER OF THE TOILET. - FBC A 604.5.2 REAR WALL.
 THE REAR WALL GRAB BAR SHALL BE 36 INCHES (915 MM) LONG
 MINIMUM AND EXTEND FROM THE CENTERLINE OF THE WATER
 CLOSET 12 INCHES (305 MM) MINIMUM ON ONE SIDE AND 24
 INCHES (610 MM) MINIMUM ON THE OTHER SIDE.
  
 3) ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM = PLEASE USE THE WORDS
 "REFLECTIVE SURFACE" WHEN REFERRING TO THE LOCATION
 DIMENSIONS FOR THE MIRROR - FBC A 603.3 MIRRORS.
 MIRRORS LOCATED ABOVE LAVATORIES OR COUNTERTOPS SHALL
 BE INSTALLED WITH THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE REFLECTING
 SURFACE 40 INCHES (1015 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 4) ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM = THE ADDED VERTICAL GRAB BAR ON
 THE SIDE WALL NEXT TO THE TOILET IS NOT A REQUIREMENT
 OF THE FBC ACCESSIBILITY CODE - PLEASE SHOW THE 12"
 CLEARANCE ABOVE THE TOILET SIDE WALL GRAB PER FBC A
 609.3 SPACING. THE SPACE BETWEEN THE GRAB BAR AND
 PROJECTING OBJECTS ABOVE SHALL BE 12 INCHES (305 MM)
 MINIMUM.
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE CANOPY DETAILS -
 CANOPY DETAILS, ROOFING SYSTEMS, WINDOW AND DOOR
 PRODUCT APPROVALS MAY BE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS BY LISTING
 ITEMS TO BE DEFERRED ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS -
 FBC WPB 107.3.4.1 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES
 OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS
 THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT
 THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED
 PERIOD. DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE
 PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. DOCUMENTS FOR
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE
 WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD THEM TO THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE
 IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING.
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED
 UNTIL THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN
 APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 6) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR - EXISTING
 BUILDING DEMO, DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE, VACUUME ENCLOSURE,
 PARKING LOT, PARKING LOT LIGHTING, FREE STANDING
 CANOPIES, VACUUME SYSTEM, SIGNS, FLAG POLE. PLEASE
 ACKNOWLEDGE THIS.
