 THE SHOPS AT THE PRESS DEVELOPMENT OF SIGNIFICANT
 IMPACT (DSI) SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO, AND APPROVED BY,
 THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ? PLANNING
 DIVISION, PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT FOR SUCH
 EXTERIOR WORK.
  
 2. PLEASE CLARIFY THE VENEER INFILL THAT IS PROPOSED ON
 THE SOUTH ELEVATION.
  
 3. STAFF HAS SIGNIFICANT CONCERNS REGARDING THE
 PROPOSED BLOCKING OF THE LOWER PORTIONS OF THE
 STOREFRONTS FACING SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY (EAST FA?ADE).
 THESE STOREFRONTS WERE ADDED AS A PART OF THE FORMAL
 APPROVAL PROCESS FOR REDEVELOPMENT OF THE SITE AND
 SHOULD BE MAINTAINED WITH FULL TRANSPARENCY.
