 - ITEM A9 A) THE SQFT OF THE GARAGE IS SPECIFIED AS 488
 SQFT. THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM THE FLOOR PLAN A.1.1 (BLDG
 DATA= 552 SQFT) AND THE SITE PLAN A.0.1 ( FLOOD VENT
 CALCULATIONS= 546 SQFT). THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR
 COMPLETING THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE FROM FEMA FOR ITEM
 A9 A) SAYS TO TAKE THE MEASUREMENTS FROM THE OUTSIDE OF
 THE GARAGE. PLEASE VERIFY THE SQUARE FEET OF THE
 GARAGE.
 - ITEM A9 B) SHOULD BE 4.
 -ITEM A9 C) SHOULD BE THE NET AREA OF THE SMART VENTS.
 THE 200 SQFT COVERAGE PER SQFT SHOULD BE EXPLAINED IN
 THE COMMENTS FOR SECTION D.
 - ITEM A9 D) SHOULD BE MARKED YES FOR ENGINEERED FLOOD
 OPENINGS.
 -ITEM B4 HAS THE WRONG MAP/PANEL NUMBER. IT SHOULD BE
 12099C 0583.
 - SECTION D COMMENTS SHOULD SPECIFY (4) SMART VENTS
 MODEL # 1540-520 WITH 200 SQFT OF COVERAGE FOR EACH FOR
 A TOTAL OF 800 SQFT.
 - REMOVE THE FLOOR PLAN FROM THE PHOTO SECTION.
 - A SEPARATE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 POOL CABANA BECAUSE IT IS A SEPARATE STRUCTURE.
