 1) THE CITYPLACE RETAIL MANAGEMENT APPROVAL STAMP IS
 REQUIRED ON THE PLANS. ALTERNATIVELY, YOU MAY PROVIDE A
 LETTER FROM CITYPLACE RETAIL MANAGEMENT WHICH APPROVES
 THE SPECIFIC PLANS SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE PERMIT.
  
 2) THE AREA WHERE THE DRIVEWAY IS BEING REMOVED AND ITS
 REPLACEMENT BY A SIDEWALK AND LANDSCAPE AREA IS NOT
 OWNED BY CITYPLACE RETAIL, LLC, BUT RATHER THE
 CITYPLACE TOWNHOUSE POA. A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED
 FOR THIS PORTION OF THE PROJECT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 PLANS SHALL INDICATE THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR EACH
 PROJECT.
  
 3) A SURVEY SHOWING THE AREA OF WORK IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) THE PROPOSED PARKING LAYOUT DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE
 LATEST PARKING LAYOUT APPROVED AS PART OF THE 575
 ROSEMARY REDEVELOPMENT.
  
 A. WHILE THE PROPOSED PLAN SHOWS MORE PARKING SPACES
 THAN PREVIOUSLY APPROVED, THERE ARE NO VALET SPACES
 INCLUDED.
 B. THE 575 ROSEMARY DEVELOPMENT ORDER REQUIRES THAT ONE
 CAR SHARE SPACE BE PROVIDED WITHIN THIS GARAGE AND IT
 WAS SHOWN WERE ONE OF THE VALET SPACES IS SHOWN NOW.
 THE CAR SHARE SPACE MUST CONTINUE TO BE SHOWN.
 C. THE APPROVED PLAN INCLUDES ADDITIONAL ADA PARKING
 SPACES, TO INCLUDE ONE ADA PARKING SPACE THAT HAS EV
 CAPABILITY TO COMPLY WITH THE EV REQUIREMENT OF THE
 DEVELOPMENT ORDER.
 D. THE GATE ARM AND BOOTH LAYOUT IS DIFFERENT.
  
 5) THE CHANGED GARAGE LAYOUT REQUIRES THE APPROVAL OF A
 MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT. PLEASE CONTACT ME
 FOR DETAILS.
  
 6) THE EASTERNMOST SPACE SHOWN IN THE ROW OF SIX IS NOT
 PERMITTED TO BE A PARKING SPACE, REGARDLESS OF USER, AS
 IT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE REQUIRED 24-FOOT BACK UP
 REQUIREMENT.
  
 7) PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PLAN CONFLICTS WITH THE
 PARKING LAYOUT SHOWN AS PART OF RECENT PERMIT 22040442
 THAT SHOWS EV PARKING SPACES AND EQUIPMENT ALONG THE
 NORTH AND EASTERN GARAGE WALLS.
  
 8) PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT NOT LESS THAN 20 LINEAR
 FEET SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR CAR QUEUING, SHALL OCCUR
 INTERNAL TO THE LOT, AND SHALL NOT INTERFERE WITH
 PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION ON A PUBLIC SIDEWALK.
  
 9) THE CHANGES TO THE PARKING SPACE COUNT MUST BE
 REFLECTED ON THE PLANS AND THE TABLE THAT JORDAN
 RATHLEV OF RELATED UPDATES.
  
 10) PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE MATERIAL THAT WILL BE
 INSTALLED IN THE LANDSCAPE AREA. A HEDGE WILL BE
 REQUIRED ALONG THE GARAGE WHERE THE DRIVEWAY IS BEING
 REMOVED. IRRIGATION WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED THE NEW
 LANDSCAPED AREA.
