 IT APPEARS SIGNIFICANT CHANGES ARE BEING MADE TO THE
 EXTERIOR APPEARANCE, THEREFORE, ARCHITECTURAL
 ELEVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. ADDITIONALLY, WINDOWS SHOULD
 NOT BE BLOCKED IN/ENLARGED AS INDICATED ON WINDOW
 SCHEDULE, ALL WINDOWS SHOULD BE SIZED TO FIT IN
 ORIGINAL OPENING AND MATCH EXISTING STYLE (HORIZONTAL
 ROLLER WINDOWS **NOT PERMITTED**). ONE EXCEPTION WOULD
 BE THE WINDOWS ON THE FLORIDA ROOM, WHICH WE WOULD
 PREFER TO SEE AS FULL-LENGTH, WITH THE CURRENT ARCHES
 RETAINED. NEED MORE DETAILS ON ANY CHANGES TO
 ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS, INCLUDING ANY CHANGES THAT
 MIGHT AFFECT THE STUCCO FINISH.
  
 - WINDOW SCHEDULE DOES NOT PROVIDE ELEVATIONS OF
 PROPOSED WINDOWS, OR DETAILS ON GRID PATTERN, GLASS
 COLOR, OR GRID PROFILE.
  
 IN GENERAL:
  
 - ALL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE
 ORIGINAL WINDOW FRAME OPENING (X AXIS AND Y AXIS) AND
 MATCH THE LOCATION DEPTH AND STYLE OF ORIGINAL WINDOWS
 - THE EXISTING MULLION SHALL REMAIN OR BE REPLACED WITH
 A MULLION OF MATCHING WIDTH AND PLACEMENT
 - ALL STREET OR SIDEWALK FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR.
 ALL NON STREET FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR OR CLEAR
 WITH LOW E COATING. NO TINT. OBSCURED TEXTURED GLASS
 MAY BE USED ON NON STREET FACING BATHROOMS ONLY
 - ALL MUNTINS SHALL BE EXTERNAL DIMENSIONAL WITH EITHER
 AN OGEE OR PYRAMID PROFILE
