 1) UPDATED COMMENT: THE DC CHARGEBOX IS MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT THAT IS REQUIRED TO BE SCREENED WITH A HEDGE
 GROWN TO THE FULL HEIGHT OF THE DC CHARGEBOX. ****
 SHEET E-3 CALLS OUT THAT THE CHARGEBOX WILL BE
 SCREENED. THE MINOR AMENDMENT LISTS THE SCREEN MATERIAL
 AS A COCOPLUM HEDGE. PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT, A LANDSCAPE PERMIT, SHOWING THE HEDGE
 SPECIFICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED. PRIOR TO THE FINAL
 INSPECTION FOR THE CHARGEBOX, THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 SHALL HAVE PASSED ITS FINAL INSPECTION (502).
  
 2) UPDATED COMMENT: THE GOOGLE STREET VIEW SHOWS A TREE
 IN THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED DC CHARGEBOX. ****
 NEITHER THIS PERMIT NOR THE LANDSCAPE PLAN INCLUDED
 WITH THE MINOR AMENDMENT PROVIDE FOR THE DISPOSITION OF
 THIS TREE.
 A. IF THE TREE IS TO REMAIN IN PLACE, IT MUST BE
 CLEARLY SHOWN ON THIS PERMIT PLAN AS WELL AS THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT LANDSCAPE PLAN.
 B. IF THE TREE IS TO BE RELOCATED, THEN THIS SHALL BE
 CLEARLY SHOWN ON THE MINOR AMENDMENT LANDSCAPE PLAN AND
 PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, A LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT, SHOWING THE NEW TREE LOCATION MUST BE
 SUBMITTED. PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTION FOR THE
 CHARGEBOX, THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL HAVE PASSED ITS
 FINAL INSPECTION (502).
  
 3) UPDATED COMMENT: THE PROPOSED EV PARKING SPACES ARE
 CUSTOMER PARKING SPACES, SO YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE
 EV TO AT LEAST ONE ADA PARKING SPACE. **** THE
 SUBMITTED MINOR AMENDMENT SHOWS A PARKING ROW BEING
 RESTRIPED SO THAT ONE ADA PARKING SPACE HAS EV ACCESS.
 STAFF IS UNABLE TO LOCATE A PERMIT FOR THE PROPOSED
 RESTRIPING. PRIOR TO STAFF APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, A
 PERMIT TO RESTRIPE THE ADA PARKING SPACE LOCATION MUST
 BE SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY THE CITY. PRIOR TO THE
 FINAL INSPECTION FOR THE EV CHARGERS, THE STRIPING
 PERMIT SHALL HAVE PASSED ITS FINAL INSPECTION.
