 1) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN THAT SHOWS THE LIMITS OF WORK
 FOR THE EV CHARGERS AND DC CHARGEBOX AT A LARGER SCALE.
 THE EV CHARGERS, DC CHARGEBOX, TO INCLUDE THE PAD,
 PARKING SPACES, SIDEWALKS AND LANDSCAPE AREAS SHALL BE
 CLEARLY IDENTIFIED, INCLUDING ACCURATE DIMENSIONS.
  
 2) THE DC CHARGEBOX IS MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED
 TO BE SCREENED WITH A HEDGE GROWN TO THE FULL HEIGHT OF
 THE DC CHARGEBOX.
  
 3) THE GOOGLE STREET VIEW SHOWS A TREE IN THE LOCATION
 OF THE PROPOSED DC CHARGEBOX. YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS:
 A. LEAVE THE TREE IN PLACE AND INSTALL THE DC CHARGEBOX
 FURTHER EAST OUTSIDE OF THE TREE'S ROOT ZONE. THIS WILL
 REQUIRE THAT A HEDGE OF SUFFICIENT MATERIAL TO SCREEN
 THE DC CHARGEBOX BE SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN. THE HEDGE
 MATERIAL MUST BE CALLED OUT ON THE SITE PLAN.
 B. INSTALL THE DC CHARGEBOX AS SHOWN AND RELOCATE THE
 TREE TO A LOCATION NEARBY. THIS REQUIRES THE SUBMITTAL
 OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN, CREATED BY A LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT,
 SHOWING THE NEW LOCATION OR THE TREE AND THE REQUIRED
 HEDGE, AS PART OF THIS PERMIT RESUBMITTAL.
  
 4) THE PROPOSED EV PARKING SPACES ARE CUSTOMER PARKING
 SPACES, SO YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE EV TO AT LEAST
 ONE ADA PARKING SPACE. THIS NEEDS TOO BE CLEARLY
 DESIGNATED ON THE PLANS.
