 PERSUENT TO THE ZONING CODE SECTION 94-482(D):
 SETBACK FROM PROPERTY LINES; REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT.
  
 1. NEW DRIVEWAYS WITHIN A FRONT YARD SHALL BE SET BACK
 A MINIMUM OF THREE FEET FROM A SIDE OR REAR PROPERTY
 LINE, EXCEPT FOR THAT PORTION OF THE DRIVEWAY ADJOINING
 THE APRON.
  
 2. EXPANSIONS TO EXISTING DRIVEWAYS WITHIN A FRONT YARD
 SHALL BE SET BACK A MINIMUM OF THREE FEET FROM A SIDE
 OR REAR PROPERTY LINE, EXCEPT FOR THAT PORTION OF THE
 DRIVEWAY ADJOINING THE APRON.
  
 3. EXISTING DRIVEWAYS WHICH ARE NOT SET BACK A MINIMUM
 OF THREE FEET FROM A SIDE OR REAR PROPERTY LINE MAY BE
 REPAIRED AS PART OF NORMAL MAINTENANCE.
  
 4.EXISTING DRIVEWAYS WHICH ARE NOT SET BACK A MINIMUM
 OF THREE FEET FROM A SIDE OR REAR PROPERTY LINE MAY BE
 REPLACED IN THE EXACT LOCATION OR WITH A GREATER
 SETBACK THAN CURRENTLY EXISTS.
  
 IF YOU ARE REPLACEING AN EXISTING DRIVEWAY FOR MAITNACE
 PLEASE UPDATE APPLICATION TO STATE THE SCOPE OF WORK IS
 REPLACING EXISITING DRIVEWAY,
 IF THIS IS A NEW DRIVEWAY LOCTION PLEASE PROVIDE A MIN.
 3 FEET SETBACK FROM THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE.
