 EXPOSURE, BUILDING MEAN ROOF HEIGHT. ALSO, SPECIFY THE

 DOOR LEADING DIRECTLY TO THE OUTSIDE. THE DOOR NEEDS TO
 PROVIDE A CLEAR WIDTH OPENING OF NOT LESS THAN 32
 INCHES. SEC. R311.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.

 5'-0" DOUBLE HUNG DOESN'T COMPLY. NEED DOOR THAT
 PROVIDES AT LEAST 32" CLEAR WIDTH OPENING WHEN ONE LEAF

 AND THEIR R-VALUES AT ROOF, WALLS, ETC. AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R103.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.

 STRUCTURAL DRAWING S1.0:
 A)DETAIL F.2 SHOWS R-30 PAPER BACK ROOF INSULATION.
 DETAIL IS NOT CLEAR HOW THE INSULATION IS INSTALLED.
 R-30 PAPER BACK INSULATION IS +/- 9-1/2" THICK. THIS
 INSULATION WILL COMPLETELY FILL THE 2X10 EXISTING ROOF
 JOIST.
 THEREFORE, THE DETAIL IS INCORRECT. DESIGNER OF RECORD
 TO SPECIFY IF THE ATTIC IS VENTED OR UNVENTED. IF
 VENTED, THEN THE INSULATION DOESN'T PROVIDE CROSS
 VENTILATION. THEREFORE IT DOESN'T WORK. IF NOT VENTED,
 THEN PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAIL SPECIFICATIONS FOR TYPE OF
 INSULATION SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R806.5
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: IF SPECIFYING SPRAY FOAM INSULATION, THEN PROVIDE
 ICC EVALUATION REPORT FOR THE FOAM INSULATION TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R316 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B)DETAIL F.1: R19 PAPER BACK INSULATION IS +/- 6-1/4"
 THICK. THEREFORE IT DOESN'T FIT ON A 2X4 WALL. REVISE

 CLARIFY WHY DON'T SPECIFYING CONTINUOUS REINFORCEMENT
 FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. OVERLAP OF REBARS IS NOT SPECIFIED.
 THERE ARE NO SPECS SHOWING HOW THE END COLUMNS ARE
 FILLED.
