 1) PROVIDE THE ZONING CODE COMPLIANCE INFORMATION FOR
 THE PROJECT, INCLUDING THE SITE AND PROJECT DATA, THE
 FACADE ARTICULATION INFORMATION, THE OPEN SPACE
 DIAGRAMS AND CALCULATIONS, THE ACTIVE USE DIAGRAMS, THE
 FAR SPACE DIAGRAMS, THE GROSS BUILDING USE CALCULATIONS
 APPROVED AS PART OF THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT. NOTE: THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT IS NOT
 YET APPROVED SINCE SOME OF THESE SHEETS HAVE
 CORRECTIONS THAT NEED TO BE MADE. DO NOT UPLOAD THESE
 SHEETS UNTIL THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT IS
 APPROVED. THESE SHEETS SHALL BE UPLOADED TO THE
 SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS FOLDER, NOT TO THE DRAWINGS
 FOLDER.
  
 2) ENLARGED EXTERIOR SKIN DETAIL 1 ON SHEET A507 MUST
 SHOW THE PODIUM SETBACK LINE SO THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY
 THAT THERE IS NO BUILDING ENCROACHMENT.
  
 3) ADDITIONAL PERMITS, WITH PLANS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. LANDSCAPE
 B. IRRIGATION
 C. EXTERIOR BICYCLE RACKS
 D. HARDSCAPE
 E. SITE/LANDSCAPE LIGHTING - THE PERMIT NEEDS TO
 INCLUDE A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN, AS WELL AS THE SPEC SHEETS
 FOR ALL OF THE LIGHTING TYPES.
 F. AWNINGS NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS PERMIT
 G. MODIFICATIONS TO THE GARAGE, INCLUDING THE EV
 CHARGERS.
 H. REQUIRED ROOFTOP SOLAR.
 PARKING GARAGE IMPROVEMENTS. NOTE: THIS IS A SEPARATE
 PARCEL.
  
 4) PRIOR TO 1ST C.O.:
  
 A. PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT NO LESS THAN 15% OF ALL
 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
 ARE FROM SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (SBE) FIRMS LOCATED
 IN PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 B. VERIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE WORKFORCE
 HOUSING REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROSEMARY SQUARE CENTER
 SUBAREA BY THE CITY'S HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
 DEPARTMENT.
 C. VERIFICATION THAT THE BUILDING HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED
 TO A LEED SILVER STANDARD OR EQUIVALENT RATING SYSTEM.
 D. VERIFICATION THAT THE CHARGING STATIONS AND THE RIDE
 SHARE SPACE HAVE BEEN INSTALLED WITHIN THE D GARAGE.
 E. WAYFINDING SIGNS MUST BE INSTALLED TO DIRECT
 PEDESTRIANS FROM THE D GARAGE TO THE RESIDENTIAL AND
 RETAIL ENTRANCES.
 F. PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF THE BICYCLE SHARE DISCOUNT
 MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM.
 G. A MINOR SUBDIVISION (REPLAT) APPLICATION MUST BE
 FILED WITH THE CITY'S PLANNING DIVISION AND BE APPROVED
 BY THE CITY COMMISSION.
  
 5) PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF THE FINAL INSPECTION (104)
 FOR THE GROUND FLOOR SPACE THAT FRONTS THE ACCESS
 EASEMENT AT THE NORTH END TO THE SITE, A PUBLIC ACCESS
 EASEMENT, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY'S
 OFFICE, FOR THE PUBLIC SPACE TERMINATING THE PUBLIC
 OPEN SPACE - PASSAGE, MUST BE RECORDED.
