 AMENDMENTS. REVISE VALUATION TO INCLUDE EVERYTHING ,
 INCLUDING THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES.

 17- IT WAS NOTED THAT SITE PLAN INFORMATION IS
 INCORRECT. ENGINEER OF RECORD IS SHOWING THIS LOT AS A
 CORNER LOT. ACCORDING TO PROPERTY APPRAISER RECORDS
 THIS IS NOT CORNER LOT. THE CORNER LOT ADDRESS IS 1290
 ALPHA ST. AND BELONGS TO ANOTHER OWNER. THIS DRAWING IS
 SUBMITTED FOR PUBLIC RECORDS AND NEEDS TO BE ACCURATE.
 ENGINEER OF RECORD TO JUSTIFY WHY ALTERING THE
 INFORMATION TO MAKE BELIEVE THE LOT IS 100 FEET WIDE
 AND SHOWING ONLY ONE HOUSE AND THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE.
 REVISE SITE PLAN AND PROVIDE CURRENT SURVEY TO VERIFY
 CORRECT INFORMATION.
