 3- PLANS ARE NOT CLEAR IF THE PROPOSED USE IS A
 COMPLETE INDEPENDENT DWELLING UNIT WITH A KITCHEN OR
 NOT. SCOPE OF WORK ON SHEET 1 SPECIFIES "EXISTING SHED
 IN GUEST HOUSE WITH KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM, BATHROOM,
 LAUNDRY ROOM, BEDROOM AND ATTIC".
 BUILDING SECTION ON SHEET 1 IDENTIFY A KITCHEN AREA BUT
 FLOOR PLANS AND ELECTRICAL PLANS AND CALCULATIONS DON'T
 IDENTIFY THE KITCHEN. PLANS AND ELECTRICAL CALCULATIONS
 DON'T SHOW THE RANGE. IN ORDER TO AVOID

 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. REVISE VALUATION TO INCLUDE EVERYTHING ,
 INCLUDING THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES.

 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
