 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SPEC SHEETS FROM SHAW FOR THE INSTALLATION OF LVT TO
 REFERENCED STANDARDS TO WHICH THIS PRODUCT WAS TESTED.
 ISO 14205, ISO 21930, 2017 AND EN 15804. PLEASE REVIEW
 FLOOR INSULATION/ UNDERLAYMENT (FBC-B 2020) FOR TILE,
 STONE, MARBLE, VINYL (LYT/ LYP), LAMINATE FLOORING AND
 WOOD FLOORING ALL NEED TO HAVE HAD THE SOUND
 UNDERLAYMENT TESTED FLOOR ASSEMBLIES TO THE FOLLOWING
 STANDARDS AND MEET THE QUALIFICATIONS LISTED UNDER EACH
 OF THE STANDARDS FOR A 6 INCH CONCRETE FLOOR ASSEMBLY/
 NO DROPPED CEILING:
 PLEASE PROVIDE ALL THREE TEST REPORTS FOR TYPE I AND OR
 TYPE II BUILDINGS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH:
  
 LVT & LPT LUXURY VINYL TILE. FLOOR FINISH
 CLASSIFICATION AS REQUIRED IN SECTION 804.2
 CLASSIFICATION AND 804.3 TESTING AND IDENTIFICATION OF
 THE 2020 FBC-B. 804.2 & 804.3/ ASTM E648 OR NFPA 253
  
 2) SHEET MODIFICATION FLOOR PLAN SHOWS FOR SUITE 850
 THE SECONDARY EGRESS DOOR IN THE BREAK ROOM IN A
 CLOSET. 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE SECTION 1016.2. 5.
 EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING SPACES. EGRESS SHALL NOT PAS
 THROUGH STORAGE ROOMS OR ROOMS OR SPACES USED FOR
 SIMILAR PURPOSES.

 8C) THERE IS NO ELEVATION VIEW OF THE BREAK ROOM

 211.2 MINIMUM NUMBER. NO FEWER THAN TWO DRINKING
 FOUNTAINS SHALL BE PROVIDED. ONE DRINKING FOUNTAIN
 SHALL COMPLY WITH 602.1 THROUGH 602.6 AND ONE DRINKING
 FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY WITH 602.7.
  
 9B) PROTRUDING OBJECTS 307.2 PROTRUSION LIMITS 307.2.
 OBJECTS WITH LEADING EDGES MORE THAN 27 INCHES AND NOT
 MORE THAN 80 INCHES ABOVE THE FLOOR SHALL NOT PROTRUDE
 MORE THAN 4 INCHES HORIZONTALLY INTO THE CIRCULATION

 FLOOR OR GROUND FOR WHEELCHAIR BOUND INDIVIDUALS.
 602.7 SPOUT HEIGHT FOR THE STANDING PERSONS SHALL BE
 BETWEEN 38 TO 43 INCHES ABOVE FINISH FLOOR.
