 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE RETAINING WALL APPEARS TO BE SHOWN ON THE
 PROPERTY LINE. THE RETAINING WALL DETAIL SECTION SHOWS
 THE FOOTER EXTENDING BEYOND THE WALL. THE FOOTING FOR
 THE RETAINING WALL CAN NOT CROSS THE PROPERTY LINE. YOU
 WILL HAVE TO USE AN OFF SET FOOTING SO THAT IT DOES NOT
 EXTEND PAST THE PROPERTY LINE. FBC 107.2.1
  
 2) IT APPEARS THAT YOU INTEND TO FILL THE AREA BETWEEN
 THE EXISTING HOUSE AN THE RETAINING WALL. PLEASE
 CLARIFY. FBC 107.2.1
  
 3) SPECIFY THE ELEVATION OF THE EXISTING AREA THAT WILL
 BE BEHIND THE RETAINING WALL AND INDICATE HOW MUCH SOIL
 WILL BE ADDED. FBC 107.2.1
  
 4) PROVIDE A SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE PLAN FOR THE AREA
 THAT WILL BE FILLED WITH ELEVATIONS THAT SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R401.3.
  
 5) IT APPEARS THAT THE FINISH GRADE ADJACENT TO THE
 HOUSE IS BEING INCREASED. SPECIFY THE TYPE OF
 FOUNDATION FOR THE HOUSE. IS IT A RAISED SLAB ON GRADE,
 DOES IT HAVE A CRAWL SPACE OR A BASEMENT? FBC 107.2.1
  
 6) FBC 107.2.1 - INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
 ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF
 THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 7) FBC 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING
 PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
 THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE,
 SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO
 RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 8) PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH
 OF THE REVIEW COMMENTS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED.
