 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE FOUNDATION PLAN ON SHEET A-4 SHOWS A STEM WALL
 WITH 2 X 8 FLOOR JOISTS WITH A CRAWL SPACE. THE
 ELEVATIONS DO NOT SHOW ANY STEPS AT THE DOORS AND
 APPEAR TO SHOW A SLAB ON GRADE. PLEASE CLARIFY AND
 CORRECT THE DRAWINGS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 2) IF THIS CONSTRUCTION IS FOR A CRAWL SPACE, SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R408 FOR UNDER FLOOR VENTING AND
 FBC-R408.4 FOR ACCESS TO THE UNDER FLOOR SPACE.
  
 3) THE FRAMING PLAN DOES NOT SHOW A FOUNDATION FOR THE
 STEM WALL. THE FOOTING SCHEDULE HAS AN F1 WHICH IS FOR
 A MONOLITHIC SLAB ON GRADE. PLEASE CLARIFY AND REMOVE
 ANY DETAILS THAT DON'T APPLY TO THIS PROJECT. FBC

 4) THE STEM WALL DETAIL 2 ON A-4 SHOWS A POURED
 CONCRETE STEM WALL RATHER THAN THE REINFORCED CONCRETE
 BLOCK WALLS WITH A POURED TIE BEAM ON TOP AS IS
 TYPICALLY USED. PLEASE CLARIFY. FBC 107.2.1
  
 5) STEM WALL DETAIL 2 SHOWS FLOOR TRUSSES AND THE
 FOUNDATION PLAN CALLS FOR 2 X 8 SAWN LUMBER. CLARIFY
 AND REMOVE OR REVISE DETAILS SO THEY ARE CONSISTENT
 WITH THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION. FBC 107.2.1
  
 6) A NOTE ON DETAIL 1 ON A-4 STATES 2 X 8 LEDGER AT 16"
 O.C. CLARIFY WHAT THIS MEANS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 7) SPECIFY HOW THE LEDGERS WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE STEM
 WALL AND HOW THE FLOOR JOISTS WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE
 LEDGERS. SPECIFY THE CONNECTORS, FASTENERS AND THE
 FASTENER SPACING. FBC-R 501.2
  
 8) THE PROPOSED REAR ELEVATION DOES NOT MATCH THE FLOOR
 PLAN. THE DOUBLE DOOR IS MISSING AND THE ROOF IS NOT
 SHOWN AS A FLAT ROOF. PLEASE CLARIFY. FBC 107.2.1
  
 9) THE ROOF DIAGRAMS ON SHEET A-5 DO NOT SHOW A FLAT
 GABLE ROOF LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 7 DEGREES. SEE FBC-R

 10) ALL OF THE NAILS USED FOR THE ROOF SHEATHING ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE RING SHANK NAILS NOT COMMON NAILS.

 11) SHOW HOW THIS ADDITION WILL COMPLY WITH FBC-R806
 FOR ROOF VENTILATION OR UNVENTILATED ROOF.
  
 12) THE WINDOW AT BATHROOM #3 IS TAGGED "D" AND THERE
 IS NO "D" IN THE WINDOW SCHEDULE ON SHEET A-1. PLEASE
 CLARIFY. FBC-R107.2.1
  
 13) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED WERE NOT
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD. FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC 61G20-3.001
 PER FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS
 INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN
 PRESSURES FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT ROOFING MATERIALS,
 WINDOW (GLASS TYPES), STRUCTURAL MULLIONS AND EXTERIOR
 DOOR TYPES. THESE ITEMS CAN BE DEFERRED IF REQUESTED,
 HOWEVER, THE DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED
 BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE THEY CAN BE
 INSTALLED. ONLY ONE SET IS REQUIRED TO BE UPLOADED FOR
 ELECTRONICALLY SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS.
  
 14) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE
 SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS ARE NON-IMPACT RATED. THE PLANS
 SPECIFY IMPACT RATED WINDOWS. PLEASE CLARIFY. IF THE
 WINDOWS ARE TO BE NON-IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE TO SUBMIT
 IMPACT PROTECTION DEVICE INFORMATION. FBC-R 301.2.1.2
  
 15) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ROOFING MATERIAL
 OR SUBMIT CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS REQUESTING THAT IT BE
 DEFERRED. FBC AMENDMENTS 107.3.4.1 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS.
 FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS
 ARE DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE
 NOT SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT
 ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A
 SPECIFIED PERIOD. DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL
 HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE
 SHALL LIST THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 16) PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR
 REVISED MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW
 COMMENTS.
  
 17) PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH
