 ADMINISTRATION
  
 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE 3 SUBMITTED FLOOR PLANS DRAWN BY LYNN AUSTIN
 WILL HAVE TO HAVE EITHER A ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER CREATE
 THEIR OWN PLANS. PROJECTS GREATER THAN $25,000.00 ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE SINGED AND SEALED. 481.229 EXCEPTIONS;
 EXEMPTIONS FROM LICENSURE (1) (C) ANY OTHER TYPE OF
 BUILDING COSTING LESS THAN $25,000.00, EXCEPT A SCHOOL,
 AUDITORIUM, OR OTHER BUILDING INTENDED FOR PUBLIC USE,
 PROVIDED THAT THE SERVICES OF A REGISTERED ARCHITECT
 SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED FOR MINOR SCHOOL PROJECTS
 PURSUANT TO 1013.45.
  
 2) IT APPEARS THE PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN AND FLOOR PLAN
 001 DO NOT MATCH UP, DISCREPANCY IN PLANS. SHEET 001
 FLOOR PLAN THE MAIN DOUBLE DOOR ENTRY. THE CORRIDOR
 OUTSIDE THE UNIT TURNS 90 DEGREES BUT THE FRONT ENTRY
 DOORS ARE AT A 45 DEGREE ANGLE TO THE CORRIDOR, SHEET
 003 THE PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN HAS THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR
 PARALLEL TO THE CORRIDOR DISCREPANCY IN PLANS.
 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 3) AS VIEWED FROM PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN THE KITCHEN AND
 BATHROOMS HAVE BEEN REVERED THAT WILL CREATE NEW
 PLUMBING PENETRATIONS OF THE POST TENSIONED FLOOR
 SYSTEM. POST TENSION SLAB/ NEW HOLES. THE PLAN IS
 SILENT AS IF THE LOCATION OF THE EXISTING TUB DRAIN IS
 GOING TO BE REUSED IN THE SAME LOCATION. IF NOT, THEN
 THE FLOOR SLAB WILL NEED TO BE X-RAYED TO FIND THE POST
 TENSION CHORD LOCATIONS. 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) THROUGH-PENETRATIONS FIRESTOP SYSTEMS (HORIZONTAL
 ASSEMBLIES). IF A NEW FLOOR PENETRATION IS MADE FOR THE
 FUTURE SHOWER DRAIN, THEN YOU NEED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE 2020 FBC-B SECTION 714.5.1.2.
 THROUGH-PENETRATIONS FIRESTOP SYSTEMS (HORIZONTAL
 ASSEMBLIES). THROUGH PENETRATIONS SHALL BE PROTECTED BY
 A THROUGH PENETRATION FIRESTOP SYSTEM INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E814 OR UL 1479. THE SYSTEM SHALL
 HAVE AN F RATING / T RATING OF NOT LESS THAN 1 HOUR BUT
 NOT LESS THAN THE REQUIRED RATING OF THE FLOOR
 PENETRATED.
  
 5) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
 HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR
