 LOOKING AT THE SITE PLAN, IT SEEMS THAT THE DRIVEWAYS
 DO NOT MEET CODE. YOU ARE PERMITTED TO HAVE TWO
 DRIVEWAYS ON SEPERATE STREET FRONTAGES, PROVIDED THEY
 ARE NOT WIDER THAN 10 FT. ADDITIONALLY, THE NORTHERN
 DRIVEWAY NEEDS TO MEET THE MINIMUM CORNER CLEARING
 DISTANCE OF 50 FEET. THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW THIS
 DISTANCE THEREFORE IT IS UNCLEAR IF THE DRIVEWAY CAN BE
 PLACED WHERE IT IS SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN.
