| | COMPLIANT CONDITIONS. |

| | 4) REPEAT UPDATED COMMENT: SHOW THE FULL ACCESSIBLE |
| | ROUTE FROM THE ACCESS AISLE TO THE EXIT FROM THE |

| | FEET IN LENGTH. PLEASE NOTE THAT STAFF HAS REVIEWED A |
| | PERMIT TO EXPAND THE MECHANICAL ENCLOSURE TO THE SOUTH |
| | OF THE LOADING AREA, WHICH ON ITS OWN REDUCES THE |
| | LOADING AREA TO LESS THAN 50 FEET IN LENGTH. SINCE THE |
| | OTHER PERMIT TO MODIFY THE LOADING AREA WAS SUBMITTED |
| | PRIOR TO THIS PERMIT, THE OTHER APPLICANT HAS THE FIRST |
| | OPPORTUNITY TO RESOLVE THEIR PERMIT COMMENT AS IT |
| | RELATES TO THE LOADING ZONE. IF THEY WITHDRAW/MODIFY |
| | THEIR PERMIT TO NO LONGER AFFECT THE LOADING ZONE, THEN |
| | THIS PERMIT MAY INCLUDE THE REDUCTION OF THE LOADING |
| | AREA SO LONG AS IT IS STILL AT LEAST 50 FEET IN LENGTH. |
