 1) THE COMMENTS LISTED BELOW MUST BE CORRECTED NOT ONLY
 FOR THIS PERMIT, BUT ALSO AS PART OF THE MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT THAT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE
 PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 2) THE IS A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE
 DIMENSION SITE PLAN AND THE SURVEY. THE SURVEY SHOWS A
 TOTAL OF 60 FEET BETWEEN THE EXTERIOR PARKING GARAGE
 WALL COLUMNS AND THE INTERIOR GARAGE COLUMNS. THE
 60-FOOT WIDTH IS THE MINIMUM NECESSARY TO PROVIDE TWO
 18-FOOT DEEP PARKING STALLS AND THE 24-FOOT WIDE DRIVE
 AISLE MEETING CODE REQUIREMENTS. THE DIMENSION SITE
 PLAN SHOWS THE NBDC200 DISPENSER POST INSIDE OF THE
 EXTERIOR WALL, RESULTING IN THERE BEING EITHER
 INSUFFICIENT DEPTH OF THE EV SPACES OR A REDUCTION IN
 THE REQUIRED DRIVE AISLE WIDTH. PROVIDE A FULL
 DIMENSIONED CROSS SECTION FROM THE EXTERIOR TO THE
 CENTER OF THE GARAGE SHOWING ACCURATE DIMENSIONS FOR
 THE SPACES ON BOTH SIDES OF THE DRIVE AISLE AND THE
 DRIVE AISLE THAT MEET CODE. PROVIDE A DIMENSIONED
 DRAWING OF THE NBDC200 DISPENSER POST THAT INCLUDES THE
 DEPTH OF THE UNIT IN PLAN AND ELEVATION. THE NBDC200
 DISPENSER POST LOCATION SHALL BE ACCURATELY SHOWN ON
 THE DIMENSIONED SITE PLAN. NOTE: IT APPEARS THAT THERE
 IS NOT SUFFICIENT DEPTH FOR THIS TO BE MOVED BETWEEN
 THE COLUMNS AND STILL MEET THE MINIMUM DEPTH ACROSS THE
 PARKING GARAGE.
  
 3) THE PROPOSED EV LAYOUT DOES NOT MATCH THE
 PERMITS/PLANS SUBMITTED BY RELATED FOR THE CHANGES THAT
 THEY PLAN TO DO TO THE GARAGE. THERE ARE DIRECT
 CONFLICTS BETWEEN WHAT RELATED HAS SUBMITTED (EX. NB180
 DISPENSER POST). ALL PLANS MUST SHOW CONSISTENT, CODE
 COMPLIANT CONDITIONS.
  
 4) REPEAT UPDATED COMMENT: SHOW THE FULL ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE FROM THE ACCESS AISLE TO THE EXIT FROM THE
 GARAGE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ROUTE IS NOT PERMITTED TO
 DIRECT THE ADA USER BEHIND A PARKED VEHICLE THAT IS NOT
 THEIR OWN. **** THE EV CHARGING UNIT IS SHOWN AT THE
 END OF THE ADA ACCESS AISLE BETWEEN IT AND THE
 SIDEWALK.
  
 5) THE PROPOSED TRANSFORMER IS PROPOSED TO BE PLACED
 WITHIN THE EXISTING, REQUIRED LOADING ZONE. THE LOADING
 ZONE IS REQUIRED TO BE 50 FEET IN LENGTH. THE NEW
 PROPOSED CURB WOULD REDUCE THIS AREA TO LESS THAN 50
 FEET IN LENGTH. PLEASE NOTE THAT STAFF HAS REVIEWED A
 PERMIT TO EXPAND THE MECHANICAL ENCLOSURE TO THE SOUTH
 OF THE LOADING AREA, WHICH ON ITS OWN REDUCES THE
 LOADING AREA TO LESS THAN 50 FEET IN LENGTH. SINCE THE
 OTHER PERMIT TO MODIFY THE LOADING AREA WAS SUBMITTED
 PRIOR TO THIS PERMIT, THE OTHER APPLICANT HAS THE FIRST
 OPPORTUNITY TO RESOLVE THEIR PERMIT COMMENT AS IT
 RELATES TO THE LOADING ZONE. IF THEY WITHDRAW/MODIFY
 THEIR PERMIT TO NO LONGER AFFECT THE LOADING ZONE, THEN
 THIS PERMIT MAY INCLUDE THE REDUCTION OF THE LOADING
 AREA SO LONG AS IT IS STILL AT LEAST 50 FEET IN LENGTH.
