 1) A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED
 FOR CHANGES BASED ON THE INSTALLATION OF THE EV
 FACILITIES. THIS MAY BE INCLUDED WITH THE OPEN MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT THAT IS UNDER REVIEW FOR
 THE 530 HIBISCUS GARAGE.
  
 2) THE CITYPLACE RETAIL MANAGEMENT APPROVAL STAMP IS
 REQUIRED ON THE PLANS. ALTERNATIVELY, YOU MAY PROVIDE A
 LETTER FROM CITYPLACE RETAIL MANAGEMENT WHICH APPROVES
 THE SPECIFIC PLANS SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE PERMIT.
  
 3) THE CITYPLACE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL IMPACT, WHICH
 INCLUDES ROSEMARY SQUARE, REQUIRES THAT MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT, TO INCLUDE TRANSFORMERS, IS SCREENED FROM
 PUBLIC VIEW. THE CURRENT PLAN SHOWS NO SCREENING, WHICH
 IS NOT PERMITTED.
  
 4) THE PARKING SPACE STRIPING MUST CONFORM TO CITY
 STANDARDS, WHICH REQUIRE WHITE 4 INCH, NOT GREEN
 STRIPES. THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE NOTE MAY BE IN GREEN.
  
 5) THE DIMENSION SITE PLAN SHOWS THE DEPTH OF THE EV
 SPACES AS LESS THAN 18 FEET, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED.
 ALL SPACES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE 18 FEET IN CLEAR DEPTH.
 THIS REQUIRES THE EV CHARGERS AND SIGNS TO BE MOVED
 FURTHER TO THE EAST.
  
 6) PROVIDE A PARKING SPACE DETAIL.
  
 7) THE ADA ACCESS AISLE IS REQUIRED TO BE WHITE
 REGARDLESS OF THE SURFACE ON WHICH IT IS PAINTED.
  
 8) SHOW THE FULL ACCESSIBLE ROUTE FROM THE ACCESS AISLE
 TO THE EXIT FROM THE GARAGE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ROUTE
 IS NOT PERMITTED TO DIRECT THE ADA USER BEHIND A PARKED
 VEHICLE THAT IS NOT THEIR OWN.
  
 9) THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC LATERAL CONDUIT FROM THE
 TRANSFORMER TO THE METER IS SHOWN BEING INSTALLED UNDER
 PRIVATE PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITYPLACE TOWNHOUSE POA.
 THE SURVEY DOES NOT SHOW THAT THERE IS AN EASEMENT
 PERMITTING THE INSTALLATION OF THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC
 ACROSS THE PROPERTY, SO IT IS NOT PERMITTED.
