 CONSTRUCTION OF THE HANDRAILS AND GUARDRAILS AS
 REQUIRED BY TABLE R301.5, SEC. R311.7.8 AND SEC. R312.1

 SHOWN ON SHEET A501.
 STRUCTURAL BUCK NEEDS TO PROVIDE FULL SUPPORT TO THE
 DOOR/WINDOW FRAME AND NEED TO EXTEND BEYOND THE
 INTERIOR FACE OF THE WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R609.7.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. ALSO, BEVELED BUCKS
 ARE NOT ALLOWED ANYMORE.
  
 16- VALUATION WAS REVISED TO REFLECT VALUE STATED ON
 THE COPY OF THE CONTRACT SUBMITTED ($172,868.75).
 DEDUCTED THE PERMIT FEE OF $6,800 FROM CONTRACT VALUE.
 TOTAL VALUE USED $166,068). THE PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS
 $3503.81.
 SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
