 INFORMATION INDICATES THIS PROJECT IS ACTUALLY ON THE
 ROOF TOP DECK NOT ON THE 14TH FLOOR, PLEASE PROVIDE
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS
 TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 107.2.1. DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN
 INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO
 THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO
 CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND
 SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND
 REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 2) THERE IS NO PLAN INDICATING THE EXISTING CONDITIONS
 OF THIS FLOOR PLAN. SHEET A119 THE FLOOR ELEVATION PLAN
 STATES THERE IS A WOMEN CHANGING ROOM IT IS ASSUMED THE
 SHOWER AND SINK ARE PART OF THE WOMENS BATHROOM, BUT
 THERE IS NO WATER CLOSET IN THIS BATHROOM? AGAIN, IT IS
 ASSUMED THE OTHER RESTROOM IS A MENS RESTROOM IT IS NOT
 LABELED? 107.2.1. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND

 SUCH, BACKING REQUIREMENTS ARE STILL REQUIRED FOR GRAB
 BARS IN THE PROPOSED SHOWER.
