 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THE VALUE OF WORK
 AT $30,000.00 FOR BOTH THE CGC & THE EC THE VALUE OF
 WORK FOR THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN IS LOW. 109.3 BUILDING
 PERMIT VALUATION.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 2) THE FOUNDATION PLAN C-4 SECTION A SHOWS THE GROUND
 ELEVATION AT 5.80 AMSL, BASE FLOOD AT 7.00 AMSL,
 FREEBOARD OF ONE FOOT AND THE TOP OF THE CONCRETE PAD
 AT 8.13 AMSL. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH REQUIRES A TWO-FOOT FREEBOARD NOT ONE FOOT.

 94-546. STRUCTURE IS IN AN "A" FLOOD ZONE. A FLOOD
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED. PLEASE REVIEW
 CITY ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY REQUIREMENTS REQUIRE AN
 ADDITIONAL 6 INCHES/ (12 INCHES OF ELEVATION IF PERMIT
 APPLICATION AFTER SEPT. 12/2016,
 AFTER OCT. 11/ 2017 AN ADDITIONAL ONE FOOT OF FREE
 BOARD WILL BE REQUIRED OR (2) FEET ABOVE BASE FLOOD.
  
 3) WITH THE GROUND ELEVATION OF 5.80 AMSL AND THE
 REQUIRED 2-FOOT FREEBOARD OR THE TOP OF THE CONCRETE
 PAD REQUIRED TO BE ABOVE 9.0 FEET NGVD88. PLEASE
 PROVIDE ALL ELEVATIONS IN NGVD SINCE ALL COASTAL FLOOD
 MAPS WERE ADOPTED BY THE CITY WEST PALM BEACH TO NGVD88
 ON OCT. 11/2017.
  
 4) HOW WILL THE GENERATOR BE HELD TO THE ELEVATION
 ABOVE 9.0 NCVD88 IF THE GROUND ELEVATION IS 5.80 AMSL.
 WILL THE ELEVATED HEIGHT OF THE GENERATOR REQUIRE
 ADDITIONAL FOUNDATION STRENGTH AND ANCHORING OF THE
 GENERATOR TO RESIST THE WIND FORCES OF THE MOMENT OF
 OVERTURNING? EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO
 RESIST THE OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL
 FORCES SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR
 WIND LOADS.
  
 5) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
