 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS) MIAMI DADE OR FLORIDA STATE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE EXTERIOR WINDOWS, DOORS, MULL
 BARS AND ROOFING SYSTEMS. ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS NEED TO
 BE REVIEWED AND MARKED APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 DESIGNER OF RECORD OR LISTED ON THE DRAWINGS BY THE
 PERMIT NUMBER FBC WPB 107.3.4
  
 2) EMERGENCY ESCAPE WINDOW "A" IS TOO SMALL TO MEET THE
 EMERGENCY EGRESS DIMENSIONS ( THE NET CLEAR HEIGHT
 OPENING SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 24 INCHES) - FBC

 3) FBC R320.1.1 ALL NEW SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSES, DUPLEXES,
 TRIPLEXES, CONDOMINIUMS AND TOWNHOUSES SHALL PROVIDE AT
 LEAST ONE BATHROOM, LOCATED WITH MAXIMUM POSSIBLE
 PRIVACY, WHERE BATHROOMS ARE PROVIDED ON HABITABLE
 GRADE LEVELS, WITH A DOOR THAT HAS A 29-INCH (737 MM)
 CLEAR OPENING.
  
 4) PLEASE SHOW ROOF SCUPPER TO BE LEVEL WITH THE ROOF
 DECK FBC R903.4 ROOF DRAINAGE.
 UNLESS ROOFS ARE SLOPED TO DRAIN OVER ROOF EDGES, ROOF
 DRAINS SHALL BE INSTALLED AT EACH LOW POINT OF THE
 ROOF. WHERE REQUIRED FOR ROOF DRAINAGE, SCUPPERS SHALL
 BE PLACED LEVEL WITH THE ROOF SURFACE IN A WALL OR
 PARAPET.
  
 5) SCUPPERS SHOWN MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE
 REQUIRED - OVER FLOW SCUPPERS FBC R903.4.1 OVERFLOW
 DRAINS AND SCUPPERS.
 WHEN OTHER MEANS OF DRAINAGE OF OVERFLOW WATER IS NOT
 PROVIDED, OVERFLOW SCUPPERS SHALL BE PLACED IN WALLS OR
 PARAPETS NOT LESS THAN 2 INCHES (51 MM) NOR MORE THAN 4
 INCHES
  
 6) SITE PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW THE SITE STORM WATER
 DRAINAGE - FBC WPB 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT
 SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE
 THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING
 STRUCTURES ON THE SITE, DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE
 ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED
 GRADES, DEPICTING THE PROPOSED LOT DRAINAGE AND, AS
 APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN
 FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH AN ACCURATE AND INCLUDED ON A BOUNDARY LINE
 SURVEY. (PLEASE PROVIDE CUT SECTIONS FOR ANY PROPOSED
 WATER RETAINING SWALES)

 9) WINDOW, DOOR AND ROOFING SYSTEM PRODUCT APPROVALS
 MAY BE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS BY LISTING ITEMS TO BE
 DEFERRED ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS - 107.3.4.1
 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION,
 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF
 THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE
 APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD. DEFERRAL
 OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST THE
 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR
 REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL
 REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 WITH A NOTATION INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL
 CONFORMANCE TO THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL.
