 BUILDING FA?ADES SIZE (SQUARE FOOTAGE) FOR WHERE THE
 PROPOSED WALL MOUNTED SIGNS ARE LOCATED AND THE
 (PERMITTED AND PROPOSED) WALL MOUNTED SIGNS SIZE
 (SQUARE FOOTAGE) ON THE EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS, SHEET
 A200.
  
 ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS (THAT REQUIRE A SEPARATE
 PERMIT) TO BE ADDRESSED:
 1. PLEASE SUBMIT A SIGN PERMIT APPLICATION.
 2. THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($650,000.00) EXCEEDS
 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($340,000.00) ACCORDING TO
 THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE;
 THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SUBSECTION 94-441(B) OF THE
 ZLDR, THE LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR. THEREFORE, PLEASE SUBMIT A LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 APPLICATION OR A LANDSCAPE CONDITIONAL APPROVAL PERMIT
