 THE TENANT SPACE TO CALCULATE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SIGN
 AREA. BUILDING HEIGHT IS MEASURED FROM GRADE TO THE TOP
 OF THE ROOFLINE (I.E. NOT THE PARAPET). PLEASE CLEARLY
 LABEL THE BUILDING FACADE DIMENSIONS. [ZLDR
