 DOES NOT SPECIFY THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE PROPOSED AND
 EXISTING DRIVEWAYS, THEREFORE THIS CALCUALTION CANNOT
 BE MADE AND APPROVED. SEE CITY CODE SEC. 94-482 (A)

 DRIVEWAYS WITHIN A FRONT YARD OR A CORNER SIDE YARD
 SHALL BE SET BACK A MINIMUM OF FIVE FEET FROM A FRONT
 AND/OR CORNER SIDE PROPERTY LINE AND THREE FEET FROM A
 SIDE OR REAR PROPERTY LINE, EXCEPT FOR THAT PORTION OF
 THE DRIVEWAY ADJOINING THE APRON. THE SITE PLAN DOES
 NOT SPECIFY THE SETBACK DISTANCE OF THE PROPOSED
 DRIVEWAY. SEE CITY CODE SEC. 94-482 (D)(2)
  
 FOR CIRCULAR DRIVEWAYS THE INTERIOR ARC MAY BE AN
 IRREGULAR SHAPE, BUT SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM RADIUS OF
 FIVE FEET, THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT SPECIFY THE RADIUS OF
 THE PROPOSED CIRCULAR DIRVIEWAY. SEE CITY CODE SEC.

 FURTHERMORE, THE MAXIMUM WIDTH OF THE PAVED PORTIONS OF
 A CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY CANNOT EXCEED 10 FEET ON EITHER

 REQUIREMENT, BUT THE WIDTH OF THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY IS
