 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET G1.0 PROJECT DATA & INDEX:
 1A) WIND LOAD DESIGN, THE DESIGNER OF RECORD HAS PLACED
 THIS BUILDING IN AN EXPOSURE D WITH HIGHER EXPOSURE
 PRESSURES. THE DESIGNER OF RECORD CAN DESIGN TO A
 HIGHER STANDARD THAN THE MINIMUM CODE. THE CORRECT WIND
 EXPOSURE IS CONSIDERED A C EXPOSURE.
  
 1B) THE RISK CATEGORY ASSIGNED TO THIS PROJECT IS RISK

 505.2.1 THAT THE MEZZANINE CAN NOT BE GRATER THAN 1/3RD
 THE ROOM IT IS IN, THE INSIDE BUILDING LINE FLOOR AREA
 THAT COMMUNICATES WITH THE MEZZANINE IS
 38.32 X 29= 1,111.25 AND THE AREA 5X9.25= 46.25 OR A
 TOTAL OF 1,157.50 SQ. FT. ONE THIRD OF THIS AREA IS
 381.975 SQ. FT. THE AREA SHOWN OF THE PROPOSED
 MEZZANINE IS 573 SQ. FT. OR 191.00 FEET OVER THE
 ALLOWABLE SIZE OF THE MEZZANINE.
  
 2B) THE AREA OF THE MEZZANINE ON THE 2ND LEVEL ALSO HAS
 WALLS MAKING IT WHERE IT DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THE
 1ST FLOOR, 505.2.3 OPENNESS EXCEPTION 3 WILL ALLOW IT
 WHERE THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE MEZZANINE ENCLOSED SPACE
 OCCUPANT LOAD IS NOT GREATER THAN 10 PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 BREAK OUT OF THE ENCLOSED MEZZANINE BY ITSELF IN THE
