 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE PROJECT INCLUDES EXTERIOR WORK, SO A SURVEY,
 LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD, IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE WALL AND THE EXISTING RAMP
 SHOWN ON SHEET SP-1 AND THE EXISTING RAMP AND DOOR DOES
 NOT MATCH THE DISTANCE SHOWN ON SHEET A-1.1. THE SHEET
 A-1.1 ARE THE AS-BUILT CONDITIONS (MATCH THE ORIGINAL
 PERMIT PLANS FROM 2016). ALL PLANS MUST SHOW THE SAME,
 ACCURATE CONDITIONS ? NOTE: THE ENTIRE RECESSED AREA IS
 SHOWN INCORRECTLY ON SHEET SP-1.
  
 3) THE MISSING TRIPLE CHRISTMAS PALM IN THE LANDSCAPE
 AREA AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING (IN
 LANDSCAPE AREA BETWEEN NEW EASE/WEST SIDEWALK AND
 PUBLIC SIDEWALK) MUST BE REPLACED. THE REPLACEMENT
 TRIPLE CHRISTMAS PALM MUST MATCH THE HEIGHT OF THE ONE
 ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE RECESSED AREA.
  
 4) NO SECOND FLOOR IS PERMITTED TO BE INSTALLED IN THE
 BUILDING 2 AREA.
