 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) NEW COMMENT. THE BUILDING LAYOUT PLAN AND FLOOR PLAN
 BY THE ENGINEER EMMA MELLINGER, THE ELECTRONIC
 SIGNATURE THROUGH THE CERTIFICATION PATH STATES: THIS
 CERTIFICATE HAS EXPIRED OR IS NOT YET VALID.
  
 2) THE BUILDING LAYOUT PLAN DOES NOT IDENTIFY THE UNIT
 WITHIN THE FLOOR PLATE UNIT 06, 11 OR 20, DEPENDING ON
 THE UNIT LOCATION THE UNIT MAYBE FURTHER THAN 600 FEET
 FROM THE INTERCOASTAL MAKING IT A C EXPOSURE.
 2020 FBC-BUILDING 1609.4.3. EXPOSURE CATEGORIES,
 EXPOSURE D.
 EXPOSURE D SHALL APPLY WHERE THE GROUND SURFACE
 ROUGHNESS, AS DEFINED BY SURFACE ROUGHNESS D, PREVAILS
 IN THE UPWARD DIRECTION FOR A DISTANCE OF AT LEAST
 5,000 FEET OR 20 TIMES THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING,
 WHICHEVER IS GREATER. EXPOSURE SHALL ALSO APPLY WHERE
 THE GROUND SURFACE ROUGHNESS IMMEDIATELY UPWIND OF THE
 SITE IS B OR C , AND THE SITE IS WITHIN A DISTANCE OF
 600 FEET OR 20 TIMES THE BUILDING HEIGHT, WHICHEVER IS
 GREATER, FROM AN EXPOSURE D CONDITION AS DEFINED IN THE
 PREVIOUS SENTENCE.

 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.DRAWINGS &
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC TO
 THE TECHNICAL CODES. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
